- Is hanging and girth good idea? Does it slow down length gains?
- How does it work?
- Where can I buy it? How much is it?
- How many other people have bought it and seen gains?
- What is the maximum weight I can hang from it?
Thanks for you help. yes, hanging in and girth work is a good idea. Though there are several streams of thoughts on this process, early on it has been suggested to focus on length work first, and then eventually shift over to girth. With the advent of the LG hanger, if you have time you can do both together. Because, the LG hanger is vacuum-based as is pumping, therefore they are complementary. if I had to choose one over the other, I would go for length gains first.
How does it work. At the end of this response I will give you a discussion of how it works in great detail, but for now I would like to answer or respond to your other question.
You can buy the LG hanger at lghangerllc.com. When you go to the site, options will be given to you regarding the different packages and the costs.
Under MD initiated penis enlargement, over the last number of years around 200 patients have successfully use the LG hanger to supplement their surgery in a medically supervised environment. I personally supervised numerous students, I do not have a precise number, but it is extensive in their use of the LG hanger. The majority of people who are motivated achieve gains. This is not hit or miss situation, you must be motivated and consistent to reach your goals as in any endeavor in life, tenacity is essential. If such is initiated one can expect 1 to 3 inch gains in length over several years to be general. Those who are motivated and consistent are the ones who achieve the games.
The maximum weight thus far observed is 25 pounds or more, I've tested the LG hanger up to this level on numerous occasions as I needed to know its capacity. Before the LG hanger was invented, I use the bib hanger which is excellent, I gain multiple inches and by the time I reach 25 to 27 pound level, BTC or SD, I found that be quite sufficient, therefore I decided that I wanted the upper limit of the LG hanger to be 25 pounds or possibly more. This is the case, I have many students who are at the 20 pound Mark give or take several pounds.
These are very good questions, and I can understand your inclination not to spend a laborious amount of time reading information and misinformation by anonymous people. I will now present an article I wrote several years ago explaining the mechanism of penis enlargement through traction. I hope that sheds some light on your questions, should you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, I have left contact information on my signature.
The Precise Mechanism of the PE Response through Manual and Mechanical Intervention.
by Dr. Richard R. Howard II
The penis is a specialized vascular framework constructed to inflate to a rigid state called erection. The shaft consists of three chambers, the two corpora cavernosa CC on the dorsal side and one corpus spongeosum CS whic lies between CC on the ventral side. Within these chambers are prominent slit like spaces rich in blood cells, as they are really modified veins also called vascular plexus. The slit like vascular spaces are composed of abundant amount of smooth muscle with lesser amounts of fibrous tissue, lined by endothelium, this is called erectile tissue. Separating the CC and CS is a very thick band of connective tissue called the tunica albuginea composed mostly of bi-layered collagen and elastic fibers. The elastic fibers form an irregularly latticed network on which collagen fibers rest. It is this elastic network that gives the penis elasticity, allowing it to expand and contract.
The limiting factor in PE is the tunica albuginea and septum composed of collagen and elastic tissue. The collagen is very tough connective tissue constructed by nature to insure optimum structural integrity or strength. Think of a tendon or ligament, this is also composed of collagen. Your body’s entire structural framework is composed mostly of collagen, including bone.
To cause the penis to grow, you must overcome the structural bonds of the collagen. Through sufficient traction called critical traction when applied consistently along the length and diameter of the penis, the molecular bonds of the collagen will separate and undergo remodeling to a larger size.
The interior tissue is composed mainly of the vascular plexus consisting of epithelium lining, with abundant smooth muscles and some fibrous tissue. When sufficient traction is applied to the collagen, this results in a controlled bond breaking/separation and remodeling process making the collagen longer and larger. Think of separating a brick wall and filling it in with additional bricks resulting in a larger brick wall. The interior vascular plexus goes along for the ride, but itself is transformed into greater mass. The endothelium lining of the vascular slits undergoes mitosis, the abundant smooth muscle framework adjacent to the endothelium undergoes hypertrophy and mitosis (there are studies that support the proposition that mitosis can occur in smooth muscle cells), and the arteries and veins follow the same growth course mentioned above, with the remaining fibrous tissue undergoing remodeling. The slow growing peripheral nerves will grow and elongate when stimulated. Therefore the entire package gets bigger under sufficient constructive critical traction, with the collagenous structure being the limiting factor. If the collagen bond breaking is sufficient, with cementing, the process is likely permanent.
A brief look at “nubie gains”. A “nubie” is a person never implementing PE. Once implemented he will experience characteristic easy gains. Unchallenged or unstressed collagen has slack or crimps allowing a stretching out scenario removing these crimps resulting in quick gains for the beginner. Under this condition, the collagen bonds generally remain intact until the critical traction level is applied.
The attachment points are composed of collagenous tissue called ligaments and skeletal muscular tissue. The main ligaments are called suspensory ligaments and fundiform ligaments. The primary base muscles are called the bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles.
Ligaments are composed of densely packed collagen fibers which are white and relatively inelastic. Mechanical properties vary with shape and structural organization. This connective tissues is characterized by sparse cellularity distributed within an extracellular matrix. Cells in tendons and ligaments are called fibroblasts. These ligaments consist of 70-80% collagen and 20% fibroblasts. Upon initiating traction the crimps of the ligament collagen are pulled out or straightened first, then additional traction triggers molecular transformation via molecular bond breaking and remodeling, again resulting in longer, larger ligaments.
The skeletal muscles called bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles are attachment points at the base of the penis, therefore traction will elicit the same changes in them as arm curls will elicit in your biceps and triceps. Whilst under traction, all muscular tissue at the base of the penis will undergo hypertrophy, strengthen and thus enlarge.

Pump Pressure, Longer Sleeves, Glans Protection, & When to use a larger chamber
Foldus,
I have a few more questions-
1)Dr. Ric mentions you want to get "friction" on the chamber wall so the entire load isn't carried by the vacuum- are there any tips you can give that would increase friction?
While having some friction is desirable, it isn't absolutely necessary. You should find that as the time of your session progresses you will get some fullness. Most will be penile tissue expansion from the traction pressure, a small portion can include some edema. Don't be overly concerned with that, it is normal. If you desire you can use more Tender Tape to wrap with, it will help reduce that side effect. You can wrap fairly snug with no compromise on circulation.
2)The manual also says weeks #1-4 can be performed without protection, and is recommended- what does that mean?
I personally don't advise to go without glans protection. I believe Dr. Ric was speaking primarily to men who are making the transition from a clamping style hanger (BiB) to the LG Hanger. Where they have already built up a significant amount tissue maturity.
3)The manual also says you can read about fatigue in "your penis doctor/hanging guide section 5 and 6" - where can I find this?
I am forwarding this question onto Dr. Ric for him to answer. I can't address this properly because I have had a lengthening procedure where my suspensitory ligament has been cut. So my fatigue feeling comes from a different area that yours.
4)Are you planning on coming out with a longer sleeve?- (the one that attaches to the dome) I think this would help the grip even more
The standard length of the sleeves are 8" long. I typically install 3" - 3 1/2" onto the LG Hanger chamber and put the remainder into a zip lock plastic bag to be used as a replacement sleeve and girth band. You can cut your sleeve to any length you desire based on your needs or preference. Men with longer lengths will want to use longer sections of sleeve. The reason I don't cut the sleeve on your chamber any longer than I do is because the depth of the chambers are 2" - 2 1/4" deep, the sleeve extends another 2" - 2 1/2" beyond the end of the chamber. Most men find that to be sufficient.
5)You should pump to required pressure before you drop the weight, correct?
This is somewhat subjective. There are a couple different ways to achieve the same result. It's really a matter or preference. It also depends on how much weight you are attempting to hang. For example when I am hanging 8 lbs., I draw out about 3 hg of vacuum pressure and hook the weight up to the chamber, lower it until it is hanging onto my penis all by itself. I take a look at the gauge and it will read about 5 hg, The weight alone primed the pressure up another 2 hg. That is sufficient for me to hang 8 lbs. When I go up to 10 lbs and above, I do the same, except as I allow the weight to hang I draw the desired pressure I need to allow the weight to hang without slipping off ..... which is about 10 hg. So draw up to 5 hg, allow the weight to hang, it will spike up a couple more hg, and then draw out the remainder up to 10 hg and disconnect hose. Even when I hang up to 17 lbs. I never need more than about 15 hg. of pressure.
6)When will I know the correct time to buy a larger dome?
When you can't fit into it any longer. Depending on the current size of your chamber, there may be some more material that can be bored out so that you don't need to buy a new chamber.

Have there been any studies done proving LG Hanger works? If so, what are the details/what were the results?
Have there been any studies done proving LG Hanger works? If so, what are the details/what were the results?
Yes, the LG Hanger is being manufactured for Alexander A. Krakovsky, MD, PhD, DrSc, FAAPS
In 3 1/2 years right around 160 (surgery patients) have benefited from this device, in addition to its commercial availability. Favorable feedback from my students has been approximately 10 to 1.
I currently have two MD's (Medical Doctors) using this device, they have been very pleased.

CUSTOMER REVIEW How he uses the LG Hanger and his PE (Penis Enlargement) results
7/25/14
Thank you again for the hanger, it really is awesome and I honestly doubt I would've gained without it as I've tried so many methods for length and really given them time.
Here's my blurb about my routine and the LG hanger that I'll be posting soon -
I've been using the LG for about 7 and a half months now.
Two years ago I got into PE, I tried a little bout of a manual routine one and a half years prior to this from penis advantage with no success.
When I started again I used a few techniques by themselves, extending every day, progressed to bib hanging, ADS's combined with things, to jelq only routine to working with Big Al with a manual routine. I even tried pge1 but found the gains temporary and only gains in girth, starting at 6 inch girth I don't won't any more girth yet, only length.
I didn't gain anything.
I stumbled upon the LG hanger late last summer and ordered straight away.
I knew about vac hangers and this hanger sounded extremely promising.
The amount of knowledge I've attained from reading this past two years about many different techniques regarding manuals, hanging, pumping, jelqing ect ect is beyond normal, I've spent most of my time reading and gaining knowledge as I work part time when I choose to (I have a good life ;) ).
So come November - I started hanging again but with the LG and over a fulcrum (my problem gaining length seems to lay in the bucks fascia/septum/steel cord... Has a few names).
I gained a tiny bit and was over the moon, I had a gain at least! Mid Jan I started hanging straight out and over the leg using bungee cords combined with a squat stand and a thick fire poker so I could lay down and relax whilst the bungee connected to the squat stand and pulled me straight out.
The fire poker goes through one of the holes you use to raise the stands height and the cords attached to it on the handle curled end of the poker so they can't slip off.
I gained a tiny bit again and then stalled for awhile.
I continued but should've upped the tension more.
This went on for a few months.
Recently I gained twice again, I put the edge of the squat stand under my couch and lay in front of it which gives me a straight up position using the bungee cords. Twist to diagonally and it gives me over the hip.
It seems I gain a little and then need to change angles.
So I switch between straight out/over the leg to straight up/over the hip, I do a 20 min set of fulcrum hanging at the end of the straight out/straight up sets all the time, then I proceed to manual fulcrums over a 2.5 diameter pot, (just upped to a 2.75 pot) this stretch is Mem's stretch from thunders if anyone's read that thread. I do 8-10 1 min stretches of these.
I dry jelq for 20 slow reps at the start and the 30 slow reps when I'm all done.
I do this Monday to Friday, I do have time to hang everyday, and I did, but I actually found that I didn't gain if I didn't rest!
I don't use an ADS either as I see no point, my unit it quite strong naturally and I need the same amount of force from a normal session to keep any progress going throughout the day.
I didn't gain using an ADS with hanging.
Sometimes I do an extra mem stretch session at night time (I hang after I eat in the morning).
Usually only about x10 1 min stretches. Then 30 more dry jelqs.
I'm a hard gained with length but I haven't given up, and I won't, I didn't gain for 1 and a half years, so to all you beginners, perseverance pays off, you need to find what works for you, that's including rest days, some have rest days, some don't, both gain, you need to know which one you are!
So far with the LG I've gained 3/4 inch BPFSL and about 1/2 (maybe more, was a softish erection, as I only go on progress on my BPFSL post session) erect in 7 months. I have a steel dick remember though!
If it wasn't for the LG I would still not of gained possibly as there's not a hanger out there like this one!... Yea I got most of the common devices too!
If anyone wants pics of my hanging setup I'll take some.
The bungee cords are calibrated using a tape measure - check out some of Monty's threads about bungee cord hanging on thunders, it's where I got the idea from.
So thanks Foldus and take Dr Ric, both are great men to the knowledge they give out and the hanger they've produced.
The customer service is extremely fast and very helpful, both guys answer and both give helpful advice with the hanger or any other advice you need.
Thanks again guys :)

MOS Review by KingD is Awesome
KingD LG Hanger Review:
(I've taken out the pictures-if you wish to see them, click on MOS link at bottom of page)-Foldus
This review was done to better inform PE consumers of a product that can help you achieve a better sex life. With the contribution from Foldus (inventor and owner of the LG Hanger), I was given the opportunity to try this product out and my results have been amazing. First let me just say when you do business with Foldus you are in good hands. He not only answers your questions and gives great support, but his product is incredible. Each vacuum chamber custom made for the customer and this thing seems like it can take a direct hit from an A-bomb lol. When you place and order you will recieve a package with all that you need to start hanging.
Foldus supplies instructions to apply the LG Hanger and really they are kind of idiot-proof lol. Once I applied the LG Hanger I started to hang with the 3 lb. weight.
Now this device allowed me to hang weight with such comfort that I found myself becoming more dedicated to PE because the LG HANGER made my sessions so much easier and comfortable. I started to use the LG Hanger to do my manual stretches and it made them very easy and I did not have a grip issue. I tied the vaccum chamber to my old LenghtMaster and my sttetching sessions were crazy powerful.
I would just get into the Hanger chamber and pump a little bit and than pull the chamber to make sure the grip was good. Once I was set, I did not have to re-adjust for my entire length stretching session. Than once I was done with my length stretching session, all I would have to do is untie the vaccum chamber from the string that I was using to pull in and attach the 3 lb weight go into my hanging session. I followed this routine for 3 weeks, when Foldus contacted my to offer me a 10.5 lb(not for amateurs) weight to use with the LG Hanger. He told me the pull was totally different and boy was he right lol. I could really feel the weight digging into my ligs as I stretched with it.
Well Im proud to announce that since I have been following this routine for a month that I have gained .25 inch in erect stretched length. I only stumbled upon this when I was using my Bathmate. I usually rest at 7.5 inches erect in my X40, but for the past week I reach the 7.75 inch mark!!!
I'm excited about this path of gains that I am on and I cannot help but thank Foldus and his LG Hanger because length was my goal and this device is going to help me get there. If you want a device to help you hang weights comfortably than the LG HANGER is the best device on the market.
