In this video I'll be taking you through how to bundle with the LG hanger now. This is honestly going to smash through any plateaus that you might be going through plus make for a much more effective experience, especially if you don't necessarily want to go too heavy with your hand. Now, I must express that this is honestly for intermediate or even advanced uses only. If you'll still beginning and your glands are going through what's called the conditioning phase like I've mentioned in previous videos, then I probably would not recommend this exercise just yet. Now you're doing so at obviously your own risks or if you really, really want to. Then this is the guide. However, again, I would advise just making sure that you get through at least maybe even two to three months of conditioning and then jump into the bundled stretches.

Now I've even found with the bundled stretches that I've gained a tremendous amount of girth, especially right at the base. Due to the ability of the bundled stretch being able to work so hard at the tunica, one of the densest tissues in the penis that is only made up of only 5% elasticity and the rest is collagen. You can only imagine how hard that tissue is, not necessarily too pliable. However, with the bundled stretch, it's going to be made a lot more pliable, a lot faster, and can be safer. Now what I mean by safer is that because it's more intense, you don't necessarily need to go as heavy. Therefore, if you're at a lighter weight, it doesn't necessarily put too much stress on the glans alone. So this in a way it can be a little bit safer. However, you're not necessarily hanging straight down anymore. You're bringing in what's called a transverse movement, meaning a twisting of the tissues.

Alrighty guys. So obviously for the bundled hang you will need you bundle arms and you can't just buy these alone because the LG hanger needs to have the fitting so that you can actually screw the bundle arms into. So with your LG hanger, whether it be before you chuck the LG hanger on or attach it, you can simply screw in the bundle arms, one on one side, one on the other. Make sure they're nice and tight, not to tight because it's obviously not necessary. All these are going to do is obviously they just rest against your legs. Now in this video, I just want to pretty much explain to you the safest way to start approaching the bundled hang. Like I mentioned at the start, this is honestly one way to smash through any plateaus, but it's also a fantastic way to especially work on the tunica and access as much length as possible.

And even guys, this has enabled me to get some serious girth when erect because of its ability to work on the tunica. So pretty much in all elements it's just been a fantastic exercise. So again, we're going to progressively work our way up. Now in this tutorial or demonstration, I'll only be using one kilo. Just remember guys, if you are new to the bundled hanging, please go with a much lighter weight than you're used to. And just like I've said in previous videos, progressively and incrementally increase the weight so that the glans become accustomed to the pressure inside the chamber.

So all we're going to do is attach the weight nice and slowly let go of the weight just so that the glands get nice and accustomed. Obviously at just one kilo there's not going to be too much pressure or too much pull, but once you're there for about maybe two minutes. And even if you're just going to use whatever weight you put on as like a warm up, like say for instance, this one, I can even start bundling with this to really warm up and continually stretch the tunica and the tissues of the penis.

Now as you can see, all I'm going to start off with is one quarter turn and I might even stay here for about 30 seconds. All right, I'm going to zip through this nice and quick because I just want to show you how to incrementally, safely increase the intensity. Now I'm going to go to half a turn. This is the most fantastic thing about the bundle arms guys, is you can incrementally start the rotation and we'll even give you a demo of how to do this while sitting down.

Now this is three quarter turns and a full turn and you can pretty keep going to your maximum capacity and that's a full one and a half turns. But again, guys, this is only one kilo and remember to make sure that you take note on the timer. All right, make sure that whatever you stretch one way, whether it be a whole turn for maybe five minutes, make sure you go all the way back the other way for five minutes. Do everything for the same time. I can't express this enough.

All right guys so while you're sitting down, it's pretty much the exact same thing except you'll notice that the bundle arms have obviously been designed to stand up with. Now my legs aren't actually in the way to block them at all, even with them like this. All right, so what you can do is if you're seated, the bundle arms are actually long enough for you to hook on the back of a leg. If you simply move across to the one side of your seat that you're sitting on. So if I wanted to go to even a half turn or even a full turn, now you can simply just stop the LG hanger from spinning around and depending on which way that you rotate, so say for instance, this way it's going to want to spin this way. So I can even sit to this side and hook it on the back of the leg and it will actually stay there. Now the same is going to be with pretty much any weight that you hang with and there's obviously going to be that talk that wants to spin back the other way. So it needs to be stopped on something, which in this case can obviously be the leg of the chair.

When getting out obviously slowly but surely get to back to neutral. Making sure the glans are okay and then you're good. And I'd even recommend hanging straight down after a bundle because you will be able to maximize now those newly accessed tight spots, whether it be in the suspensory ligament, tunica, or even internal penis.

On the contrary, for this exercise to work your penis must be in a completely flaccid state.

Many of you might be wondering what the difference is between the bundled stretch and the simple stretch. The bundled stretch helps you gain some extra inches when simple stretching has brought you its maximum gains. TUTORIAL: KINGSNAKE ADS (All Day System) for Penis Enlargement

Is ADS beneficial for optimizing PE? I will explore some points to further shed light on this methodology.

The Science. The structural framework of the penis is the limiting factor for gains in length and girth. The two primary structural components are the collagen framework in the shaft and ligaments, and the striated muscular base in the perineum. The primary enlargement comes from a force exerted that is slightly greater than the force found in the collagen bonds or linkages, such force is supplied by the LG Hanger at a critical weight which will begin to work on the weaker collagen fibrils. The fibrils are the smaller components of the larger collagen fiber making up the shaft and the ligaments. When enough force is provided, the molecular bonds are broken in a small but significant portion of the fibrils. After this occurs collagen remodeling will take place healing the tissue in a more extended state. The traction force also strengthens and enlarges the striated muscle in the perineum (base of penis) to a larger and stronger size.

The penis a naturally contracting organ. As the penis is a naturally contracting organ, it makes intuitive sense to stretch it periodically throughout the day to maintain the newly separated fibrils in an elongated state so that healing takes place in such a state. One method of stretching is achieved by using an ADS or all day stretch device. These devices can come in length stretching or girth stretching. An example of ADS light stretch can be found at www.lghangerllc.com .This ADS device consist of an elastic band and a penis attachment area constructed of silicone. This can be worn for multi-hour duration's comfortably, and with experience some wear this while they sleep at night. The other ADS will come in the form of a girth band that is positioned at the base of the penis causing semi-engorgement. This semi-engorgement if performed over time will increase the girth of the penis, particularly when coupled with other girth and length exercises. "Also, in reflecting on all day stretching, it seems like the LG could be used for that purpose by simply applying the hangar but without creating any vacuum, or a vacuum not more than 5 mm Hg?" (This is also true, as the LG Hanger could be attached to light bungee cord such as the ADS and provide a slightly different grip to the penis, and would probably enlarge the glans as well).

Inversion Body Stretch. Another personal example would be the use of the inversion device. Such device allows one to invert at an angle or vertically depending on your experience, allowing a counter stretch to the forces of gravity which pushes down on the individual. Over the years an individual can lose a number of inches of height, this type of exercise can counterbalance it. I have been using an inversion device for decades and it has been extremely helpful in decompressing the spine when used just in a vertical position, or angles, and with additional exercises. I recommended it to a number of people who have back problems, the results were very encouraging in that over time their problems diminished noticeably.

In conclusion stretching is definitely very useful and is a consideration for aspects of penile growth and health in general.

VIDEO TUTORIAL: KINGSNAKE 20lbs Hanging Weight Routine





Alright, this is Kingsnake checking in.

Just showing my hanging weight here, doing my work set. Which is 20 pounds.

What I normally do is in the morning time, I do my heavy works set.

I warm up with 10 pounds for about 10 minutes and then I’ll jump it up to 20 pounds, which is my actual work set.

I'll hang that weight for 20 minutes. If I reach any type of fatigue throughout that 20 minute work set then I’ll drop the weight usually by 2 1/2 pounds and then what I like to do in the evening time, or close to bed is what I call a back off set.

The purpose of the back off set is basically just to keep those microscopic gaps between the tissues open we can heal in the elongated state.

With the back off set I only hang half the amount of weight that my work set was.

So right now, since my work sets 20 pounds, half of that is 10, so I’ll hang 10 pounds for 20 minutes in the evening for my back offset.

I do this six days a week.

TUTORIAL: King Snake Hanging 25 Pounds Sleeve Review

Seems to be a lot more strong durable. With it, I’m able to hang 25 pounds as you can see.

Doesn’t feel that bad.

If I wanted too I probably could go even heavier.

So I’m not going to attempt it just yet.

Yea, the LG Hanger‘s pretty good you know I can feel the stress throughout the entire penis and the lig’s.

Getting a good swing here thoroughly stress the internal tissues within the base.

I’ll give you a different view sideways view.

This will probably last long time before I need a replacement.

WORMS, Germany (ABC7) — It took three hours of work with a cutting grinder, vibrating saw and a hydraulic rescue device to get a man's penis out of a barbell weight on Friday.

Firefighters in Germany were called to a hospital in Worms for a man with a "very sensitive body part" stuck in the hole of a 2.5 kilogram weight, according to a translation of a post on their Facebook page.

Media outlets like SB Nation, The Kansas City Star, Daily Mail and The Independent all report that the body part was the man's penis.

The fire department says it was the result of a "curious training accident."

"Please do not imitate such actions," fire officials warned on their Facebook page.

The weigh was left cut into five pieces following the removal process.

The fire department's full statement, according to Google Translate, can be read below:

"Application report: Curious training accident - assistance for the clinic

How a few of our fire fighters can be so delicate is shown by a message from the somewhat different kind which arrived at the control center today, Friday, 15.09.2017. The professional fire brigade was called to the hospital in Worms. One person had a very sensitive body part in the hole of a 2.5 kg dumbbell disc clamped. With the aid of the cutting grinder, a vibrating saw and a hydraulic rescue device, the weight could be removed after three hours.

All righty, guys, so you've got your LG Hanger out. Now the method that I like to use, you can definitely just still roll it up like usual, but other than that I'm going to just apply a little bit of oil to the top of the chamber. If you haven't seen in other videos, this is just a lot simpler of a method for me. Just being able to slide it right up the entire chamber seems to be an easier approach, just make sure it doesn't catch on anything. So now you've got a nice big opening to put your glands in. 

All right, so I do also like to just place a little bit, like a tiny amount, of oil on the inside of the chamber so that your penis can just slide on in. Now right here guys, I've got a sleeve that is actually the correct size for me. Now many people might have trouble of them losing suction or they think that it could be the valve at the top or something else is going on. Now I've got a few recommendations, but the first one is definitely going to be one, making sure the sleeve is the correct size. However, if you don't want to have to pay for another sleeve, or at least just not yet, you can definitely get by. We have something that is going to adjust and fluctuate just like your penis size while you're hanging. So what am I going to do is attach the LG Hanger just like normal. If you haven't seen the attaching video, go and watch that. I do like to just slide myself in before I actually slide the sleeve down. I'm going to apply the pressure and so just so I get pulled all the way to the end of the chamber, I'll get myself to about five to 10 inches of mercury with the pressure. 

Then what I'm going to do is actually pull my skin back. If you haven't got skin because you are circumcised, that is totally fine. Your skin's not even going to be there, but if you are uncircumcised like I am, just pull the skin back slightly. Either roll or slide the sleeve back down. You may find that there is a loss of suction somewhere. Now many may think that with the LG Hanger could be the valve up here, but honestly this thing is super high quality, super rigid. I really don't think that is going to be the issue. I most likely think that the chances are going to be a lot higher that it is the sleeve, either the size or even the seal where the sleeve makes contact with the chamber itself, in which case what I would recommend as well is cleaning your whole device really thoroughly with soap, so by the time that you actually dry it over, the material of the sleeve is actually tacky again, so it actually makes a nice tight seal, an airtight seal onto the chamber. 

Then obviously utilizing some kind of band if that doesn't work as well. What I would recommend is getting a zip tie, tying it over the sleeve, attaching it to the chamber. You'll find that any kind of zip tie will have the sharp edges once you're finished. So what I would recommend is chucking over a rubber band like this one. You can easily just protect not only the sleeves but yourself from the sharp edges of the zip tie by placing that band over. 

Now once the sleeve is down, guys, all right, just give it a few more pumps up. I'm going to pump up to my usual pressure. Now this is where the problem usually comes in, which is where you might start losing suction, maybe even it only occurs at around about five to 10 minutes in. So what I'm going to recommend is detach the pump and if the pump is already detached with another device, that's totally fine, we're going to get back to adding that pressure, whichever method of adding pressure it is with your device. Now all you're going to do guys is get a short amount of sleeve. Now LG Hanger actually does come with a substantial amount of sleeve. So what you can do is just cut off a shorter amount of section. Let's say that you do get a spare sleeve like this one here. It's not even going to have to be too much at all. Try make enough room so that you can at least double the sleeve over. 

So if I cut it really thin, I can only utilize that one band. So what I'm going to do is cut it long enough so that I can actually double it over, which looks like this. So it's actually going to make a thicker band and that's, I've got still some spare sleeve, and now literally all I'm going to do with that one band, if the one layer is going to be enough, I will know throughout my hang. I'm going to place it over the entire chamber and all the way down to the bottom of the sleeve that is attached to my penis. Now what this is going to do is add tightness, so we're going to get an extremely good seal. 

All right, now what I would recommend as well guys, just to prevent any possible friction, that is definitely possible, so please keep these in mind, but what are you going to want to do is add just lubrication or oil all the way down the shaft and especially where the sleeve is going to double over because now there's going to possibly be more friction. Now if you hang guys, it should be successful and if it's not, if it's still not tight enough, it definitely means that the sleeve is too big for you, but what you can do because you've cut off a good length of extra sleeve to place over, is just double over the sleeve. So now I've got two layers of extra sleeve and make sure that sits right at the bottom, and now I've got that extra firmness, extra grip, and extra tight seal. All right, so that seal should not be going anywhere at all. You can definitely do this with a tiny bit of sleeve. It definitely has that ability to shrink and expand when you need it, as your penis fluctuate in size, or who knows, the sleeve may just be too big and it's not actually tight enough to get that vacuum and airtight seal. So this will definitely do the trick

SLIPPAGE: Why it happens & What to do


Slippage can be an issue when clients are still in the infancy stage of the hanging process. As a client gains more experience and tissue maturity/conditioning the penis will respond differently. The penis slowly make a transition into a place where it remains fuller all the time and when beginning a hang session clients find that within about 10 minutes or less the penis will begin to expand and fill the chamber.

What is being experienced now is that the penis is getting thinner while being stretched, and hasn’t really been experiencing the expansion that will come with it. So as a client hangs his penis becomes a little thinner, which compromises the seal between the silicon sleeve and the penis skin. What happens is the client slowly lose a little bit of vacuum, and considering the volume of space inside the chamber, 10 Hg's is a tiny puff of air. 

We pressure test each and every chamber system prior to shipping to ensure that vacuum integrity is established. I can say with 100% complete certainty that it's not your chamber leaking vacuum that is causing any slippage you might experience. The one exception would be is if you dropped or damaged your chamber in some way that broke the pneumatic fitting on the chamber. Any slippage you experience is always the result of a compromised seal between the silicon rubber sleeve on your chamber and you penis skin.

*If you are slipping a little within the first 15-20 minutes, just stop, remove chamber, jelq a little blood into your penis and make sure your glans protection wrap is secured, then re-load into the chamber and draw fresh vacuum. You can try doing a few "prime" pumps to help pull blood into your penis and make your penis expand inside the chamber.

Do this.... get into the chamber, draw out 10 - 15 Hg of vacuum pressure (if you've never done this start with 10 Hg and assess your tolerance). Hold the pressure for 10 seconds and release, then repeat this 3 or 4 times. It actually feels very pleasurable to feel the blood fill and expand your penis. After you achieve some expansion, disconnect hose and attach weight and begin your hang!

If you start to experience slip after 15 - 20 minutes, then start over again. Remember we are trying to stress the entire penile anatomy and fatigue it. So it really doesn't matter how many shorter sets it takes. If you can go a full hour without experiencing any slipping then you're really on you way to seeing a metamorphosis of your penis

ARTICLE: Is my Chamber Leaking Vacuum?

My chamber is leaking and I think it’s at the female fitting.

Unless you dropped and damaged your chamber I seriously doubt your fitting is leaking. I personally leak test each chamber before it ships. The pneumatic fittings we use are of the highest quality that can be purchased. I wrap the threads with Teflon tape and incorporate a Bunna rubber o’ring on each fitting that bottoms on a flat machined counter bored surface on the top of the chamber.

You can easily leak check the chamber for yourself. Just remove the rubber sleeve, and find a hair-less section of skin on your abdomen or thigh. Plug the hand pump hose into the chamber, firmly hold the mouth of the chamber against your skin and draw out vacuum just as you would if you were performing a hang session. Go up to 10 – 15 Hg and look at the needle on the hand pump gauge. If the fitting is leaking the needle will immediately drop to zero.

The main reason for anyone to experience a leak or loss of vacuum is due to a compromised seal between the silicon rubber sleeve and your penis skin. There are several reasons for a leak to occur here.

1) Your sleeve could be dirty with skin oil.

2) You could have a sleeve that is worn out and may need replaced.

3) Your sleeve could be too big, and if that’s the case you can order a smaller sleeve.

When I fit chambers with sleeves I base my decision on the measurements a customer supplies.

4) Sometimes someone who is new to hanging will experience their penis getting thinner while it is being stretched under the weighted traction. When your penis stretches and becomes thinner, the seal between the rubber sleeve and your penis skin will become compromised.

If you experience number four and the weight starts to slip, simply just remove the chamber, check your glans protection wrap and reload with fresh vacuum. Remember the goal is to reach fatigue and if it takes two or three reloads every 15 – 20 minutes to complete your hang session just consider that part of the conditioning curve.

Eventually you will gain the tissue maturity required to go a full hour without any complications. You will get to a place where your penis actually starts to expand and fill your chamber. To help promote this condition you can start your hang session by “priming” your chamber with vacuum five or six times. To do this just draw vacuum out of your chamber using 10 -15 Hg’s of pressure. Hold for 3 to 5 seconds, release the pressure and repeat. You should see your glans expand and fill with blood. This will help promote a better hang session and help prevent slippage.

How Fast Should I be Increasing Weights Increments?

I've always recommended slow steady increases in weight and time. You can not make dramatic jumps from a light weight to a much heavier weight without negative side effects (primarily a blister).

It's very important to allow your penis time to develop tissue maturity via the conditioning process. I have said this countless times.... it took me three full months to go from 3 lbs to 8 lbs.

If you feel you can do more weight then that decision is up to you. Weight hanging is an intuitive process, you're learning what type of work load your penis can handle and more importantly what it requires to reach fatigue.

The theoretical assumption that going too heavy too fast can make your penis stronger and cause it to prematurely adapt to the work load and inhibit gains is purely speculative. It might have some merit, but nobody knows for certain if that is true. If they can say this without any reservation, I would ask how can you prove it?

As for how much weight you feel you can hang with at this time, is a decision only you can make. It's all based on how you feel and respond. You will eventually get to a place where you cannot go any heavier. So to me it only makes logical sense to make gradual increases and focus on achieving fatigue and learning how to relax your pelvic floor muscle while you are under traction.

So USPS was actually able to find the package, and they were able to deliver the system to me earlier this week. I just got around to trying it out today - Wow, what an amazing product. It feels great and very healthy. This thing is 100 times better than a Bib. I’m very satisfied. It makes sense to me now that one is able to hang for an hour long session with your system rather than having to break it up into 20 min sessions for constriction reasons. I’m following the program and only using 2.75 lb to start.

I think I will be interested in purchasing you guys “Girth Bands” you have for sale on your website. They seem like a great tool as an ADS in between morning and evening with your system. I am currently using a product called Stealth which is comfortable but I think I would like to add the Girth Bands in the right size to my toolbox. Do you have any more info I should know about the Girth Bands before purchasing? Thank you guys again. Your product exceeded my expectations now that I’ve tried it. I am very satisfied.

I can vouch for the LG hanger. Best PE device I've ever used. Very comfortable. Very well made. Takes a few tries to get a hang of things. I can leave it on for an hour while I do office work @home or even game on the PS4 without worrying about it. I've only used it for around 2 months and went from a 4.9 BPEL to 5.3. (I also took a 2 week rest period due to getting a blister because of carelessness. A blister is about the worst you can get with this device, injury-wise...it only happens if you over exert and push limits too far before you're ready). Pretty sure they ship worldwide as I live in Asia...but do ask they directly. They're very helpful and there's a ton of good info in the LG rep thread. I actually read through all 200+ pages of it before I ordered. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for and you only get one dick...as of 2017. I am uncut, btw. I tried the wrapping method for both cut and uncut, and I'm sticking with the uncut wrapping method. very comfortable, no slipping. It's probably gripping 80% internals/ligs whatever you wanna call it, and 20% skin.

pros:
-comfort, second to none. Safe.
-ease of use once you learn how to use it
-it works as advertised. I felt the difference in how it pulls the moment I put it on. Like I said, I went from 4.9 to 5.3 in two months or so. Not newbie gains either because I've used extenders and homemade hangers before this. Original length was 4.5 BPEL. 4.5 to 4.9 took 8 months.
-pain free. I think this is most important in PE because I no longer have to watch the clock...it used to be, "damn, 20 more minutes?!" Now, it's "wow, an hour passed already. Better take it off and give it a rest."
-very well made. durable.
-no loss of circulation because it's a vacuum unlike other hangers. Don't have to worry about taking it off at 20 mins. I can leave it on for an hour without having a purple/dark glans. Nice and pink, as usual.
-great customer service.

Cons:
-price is probably what keeps most people away from the LG. But you get what you pay for, as with most things in life...

Men: How to Exercise Your Pelvic Floor Muscles.


Pelvic floor exercise are very important for men for support of the pelvic floor, for sexual function, and also for bladder and bowel control.
PC exercises are important for a man on a lifelong bases

To understand how to exercise the pelvic floor for a man you need to know where the Pelvic floor muscles are.  We're going to teach you, where the muscles are, how to find them, and  how to exercise then most effectively

FINDING YOUR PC MUSCLES
To find your pelvic floor muscles you need to think about where they are actually positioned

Your pelvic floor muscles run from your public bone to your tail bone
Like a hammock, they also sling side to side between these thick bones, so they're like a big trampoline of support in that pelvic outlet area.

The penis and scrotum or male genitals sit below the pelvic floor, but The pelvic floor muscles sit within the pelvis.

CONTRACTING YOUR PC MUSCLES
To contract your pelvic floor muscles, what you can do as a test is to try to stop the flow of urine the next time you actually go to the toilet or to the bathroom.  See if you can slow the flow by lifting and sneezing the muscles in and around the anal area.
Lift and squeeze the muscles in and around the urethra, so your getting an inward lift and squeeze

If you look in the mirror what you will see is a lifting of the scrotum and you’ll also see a slight retraction of the penis with the correct pelvic floor contraction

Emptying your bladder and slowing the flow can be used to monitor your strength gains over time
Your should become more effective at it, but only practice it as a test once a week and definitely not if you have problems emptying your bladder.

You can also try to stop passing wind.  If you imagine your going to pass wind in a public place, contacting the muscles around the anal area can also queue you in to correctly contacting your pelvic floor.

EXERCISING YOUR PC MUSCLES
Lets talk about how to exercise your PC muscles because to strengthen those muscles is like exercising in the gym. You need to repetitively lift and lower them, and contract them strongly just as you would if you were doing weight training at the gym to actually thicken the muscles and to improve the control and the strength of those muscles

When you start you might choose to start lying on your side or lying on your back.  In those positions the pelvic floor muscles don’t have to work against gravity.  It becomes more challenging for the muscles to work against gravity in the upright position.

If you have difficulty contracting your pelvic floor muscles perhaps start lying on your back or lying on your side.

Queue yourself in to the correct contraction, those muscles that I was talking about in and around the anal area and in and around the urethra and try to get the correct technique.

Try to lift and draw up inside that position. You’re going to lift and squeeze inside, lift and breath, and squeeze, then hold. Keep lifting and holding, keep lifting and holding, and relax down slowly, and rest.

Let’s go again, strong contraction, lift and squeeze, lift and breath and squeeze, lift, lift, lift, and slowly relax the pelvic floor muscles back down, rest, and give yourself time to recover.

Now some men will find that they can do one or two contractions in a row. Some might actually find that they can do multiple contractions in a row.

Ideally your trying to get up to about 8-12 repetitions, those strong contractions in a row, lifting and lowering.

Again, some men will find that they can only contract their pelvic floor muscles for a couple of seconds in a row.

As your strength improves, try to contract your pelvic floor muscles a little bit longer each time, so you’re working up to 8-10 second contractions each time you do them.

In review:

Your doing long holds, slow lifts, and then lowering down slowly for up to 8 to 10 seconds, and your repeating that 8-10 times in a row if you can. Ideally trying to do 20-30 repetitions a day, and that is every day.

Your tips are:

     Lying on your side to start so your not actually having to lift against gravity to start. You can start lying on your side or lying on your back to start and as you get better, progress to standing exercises. Also as your technique improves try to make your contractions stronger. Voluntary strong contractions are very important to strengthen those Pelvic floor muscles.

PCR's or Penis Cock Rings

The Effective Use of Penis "Cock" Rings

Penis "Cock" Rings (PCR) PCR’s come in various sizes, some are adjustable and most can be purchased online. Begin by observing/pumping with a product such as The Bathmate, for 15-30 minutes. PCR’s will hold the pump to a substantial degree if the fit is correct and circulation is appropriate, thus serving as a potential ADS expansion device. This causes an increased tunica blood pressure because the outflow is reduced. In other words, they can serve a purpose in a productive gratifying length/girth expansion effect.


Experiment with PCR’s and see how you feel in terms of comfort and with experience the application will go smoothly. After applying a number of times, you can decide whether they are appropriate for you or not. Alternatively, if you have another form of a cock strap, that can be tried. Limit yourself to no longer than 30 minutes initially, and then add time per week, up to comfort level. The above is a learning curve, err on the conservative side, always remove the PCR if there is discomfort. Be mindful of what your penis tells you, do not override it with your intellect, it is a feel thing.


· PCR, Base Squeezes and Edging. You can apply PCR’s upon waking, erection will be reinforced, perform super-set of base squeezes 10 seconds with edging for further enhancement for three minutes or most comfortable time. In other words, this is a stop start method where you base squeeze for comfortable time frame anywhere from 10 seconds to 60 seconds per set. For example, while edging/base squeeze, then stop for a moment and then repeat. This is particularly good for length and girth supplementary exercises in association with the LG Hanger Vacuum System. Start with one session 3 minutes, over time or number of months you can work up to greater time, AM and PM based on your discretion/intuition. Do not rush the process.


· Variable Angle Stretches. Variable angle stretches can be performed with PCR’s or without, your choice. These stretches consist of, straight down between the legs, over the right leg, under the right leg, between the cheeks or BTC, and in like manner repeat around the left leg, also. This gives a thorough movement in a straight down and BTC manner revolving around both legs, and the variety keeps it from being boring, in contrast to holding your penis in a single direction. Next, stretch to the right and then the left at right angles to the abdomen, hold each position mentioned above for as long as comfortable. Next you can perform, straight up (SU) pointing to you sternum/chin. Also, a rotary clockwise/counterclockwise stretch can be considered using the right hand and then the left hand, (again, this will allow for good stretch and a sufficient time frame that is not boring given the many angles and diversity) Start with one session which can last approximately 5-10 minutes. Over time or a number of months you can work up to greater time, AM and PM based on your discretion/intuition. To reiterate, these stretches are done with the PCR’s, but can be done without.


· PCR, Kegel and Edging. The PCR’s may be used with the Kegel, which is a very good stamina exercise thus highly recommended. Edging also keeps the penis stimulated in a erect state during the Kegel's. The Internet has a great deal of information on these two exercises which I feel should be done together. · The LGHanger and PCR. The PCR "holds" the effects of the above movements to a great degree just as it holds the length and girth after using the LG Hanger. The LG of the LG Hanger stands for length and girth. The beauty of this device is that it expands all aspects of the penis while stretching. Upon initiating a work out with the LG Hanger Vacuum System apply the PCR, for the duration of the workout. Once you have completed the workout, you can work up to ADS (all day stretch's) over time, if desired. Such will hold the pump and also the exertion/ expansion from the LG Hanger.

Note: While wearing the PCR, you should be able to urinate with no resistance effect, for example, if the fit is optimal.

· PCR’s and Pumping: Pump for X amount of time, apply PCR before or after pumping, your preference, try both. Please note that most static pumps or even electric pumps can give ambiguous or gray results in many or most cases, including the water pumps. The best type of pumps for those who are really serious about effective pumping, would be pulse pumping. Pulse pumping is a stretch release scenario/pattern over about 18 seconds, which repeats for the time duration that you set on the pump. After pumping, one can perform the exercises mentioned above. This pattern may be performed AM and PM as desired and based on experience. Always be mindful of your PI’s, as they are the final indicator as to whether you are optimal or suboptimal, in other words in the groove or out of the groove.


· Note. Regarding mechanical and manual exercises, the intensity and duration can be increased over time. The LG Hanger comes with instructions for the beginner in terms of increasing weights and time. When a person becomes advanced, after several years of training, they are in a position to determine the time frame and intensity. I strongly advise a new or intermediate person to err on the safe side and be kind your penis as it is your friend. The time will pass quickly and you will advance in your PE skills and knowledge leading to the development of a mega phallus skills.


· Summary. In summary, as you progress with PCR’s, this will enable the penis to be engorged during the time frame that you wear it. The individual must make a decision as to that time frame. There are some that wear 24 hours a day to maintain engorgement, but they are advanced and they are subject to their own decisions. Under no circumstances should a new individual attempt such a thing until sufficient amount of experience has taken place to evaluate safety and the fit of the PCR. Safety is everything, and circulation must be such that it does cause engorgement but not excessive constriction.
