Conceptual Designs of Mechanized Equipment. I am now working on conceptual designs of mechanized equipment that are designed to induce variable traction in dynamic patterns of one's choosing that can used exclusively with the LG hanger. Examples. For example you could connect up the LG hanger to the mechanized equipment and perform, a variable traction rotating stretch, various pendulum movements, and so on as the imagination can be made to become unlimited. With this mechanized equipment plus the LG hanger I feel that where we are deftly close to breaking the "sound barrier" of PE. 

 

Chemical PE. Recently through the proliferation of peptide sciences, the ability to generate various classes of potent substances such as Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMS), which has the ability to selectively bind to androgen receptors. One example would be, Ostarine) MK-2688.  This chemical has the ability to specifically bind to the androgen receptor and demonstrate osteo (bone) and myo (muscular) anabolic activity. Austere receptors would be collagen in the form of bones ligaments and tendons and fibrous collagen that you find the themes structural support.

 

What happens if you take a molecule like MK – 2688 and put a small amount under your foreskin on the penis, it is usually absorbed through the skin and selectively binds to the collagen and to the muscular components which make up most of the penis. It’s binding results in increased protein synthesis and hence growth without having the side effects of testosterone. It is therefore hypothetically reasonable to conclude that this will favorably impact PE by increasing protein synthesis in the penis coupled with optimal penile exercises such as hanging, pumping, and consensus manual exercises as well.

I believe Aaron's take on hanging is incorrect. Hanging is a very safe and effective form of Penis Enlargement for even a novice or beginner. The key is to start with a weight that is appropriate for the beginner. 

The problem with most guys is that they always try and get too aggressive with weight too soon. That is why Aaron says it's more of an advanced form of PE. If however you can use some common sense and not try and hang too heavy too soon, you can enjoy the measurable gains you can make with hanging within a few months. We have a suggested routine for beginners that takes you up to week 8. Then after that you can go with your intuition or contact Dr. Ric or AJ for coaching on more advanced routines and exercises using a variety of proven PE methods (hanging, jelqing, hand stretching, and pumping). Their fees are very reasonable and they design routines based on your progress.

Good Morning!

  I currently do NOT have a hanger but plan to invest in one soon. I'm just doing research on products and reading up on information.  your hanger looks very well made.  I am not yet at the hanging stage beacsue according to The Penis Exercising book by A. Kemmer and articles I've read on PE Gym, Hanging is a bit of a more advanced exercise.  I trust that it is safe, but I will not lie, I am afraid of using it.  I believe my fear will allow me to be safe with it and and start slow.  in my short time PE-ing I have learning that this is really a slow road, but that it does lead to success if the PE-er follow a few guide lines: SAFETY (had a slight bruise from bathmate, won't be doing that again) and persistence + time.

I will be keeping an eye on your site and , and when I am at the advanced stages, I will definitely be looking into hanging and whatever other devices your site has.

p.s.  how long should a newbie wait until he can experiment with low weight hanging?  I believe it should be over 3 months if I remember what the book said, which I'm fine with.

Q&A RE: testicle enlarger

Hi M,
Yes I have given this a great deal of thought to increasing testicle size. One way to do it is a combination of consistent pumping with a cylinder and vacuum pump, that would either fit on the testicles or both the penis and the testicles. When the testicles are being pumped, you must use a lower vacuum for safety reasons.

I feel a combination of pumping your testicles and testicular massage will eventually increase the size of testicles. We do sell a LG hanger testicle enlarger, attached is a photograph, while it is not listed on the site, eventually it will be available, for now the LG testicle enlarger is a special order item. I'm glad you asked the question.

Hello, I've recently heard of you from looking up hanging for penile enlargement and seeing the LG Hanger. I searched more about you and you're obviously very knowledgeable about this subject and I have no doubt you'll eventually make the breakthroughs that will allow the average man to grow 5 inches longer and much much thicker as you state in one of your blogspot posts from the LGH site. But I wanted to ask if you've ever given thought to increasing testicle size? Do you believe it's possible to do so? You've thoroughly challenged the notion that once puberty is over you cannot grow your penis. Also I feel a giant penis is great but it becomes less attractive when the balls look like grapes in comparison. Do you feel you might ever look into increasing testicular size, especially after reaching your goals for penile size? Thanks -M

In 2011 I went to California.  I had a penis enlargement surgery done and got an infection. So my surgery was botched and I ended up with scarring around my penis. I was referred to Marlon and I told him my dilemma. He custom made me an LH Hanger. The LG Hanger is helping to stretch and lengthen my penis, and also stretching  the scar tissue. Peyronie's Disease and the L.G. Hanger

What is Peyronie's Disease?


Peyronie's Disease is a connective tissue disorder involving the growth of fibrous plaques in the soft tissue of the penis affecting 5% of men.  Specifically, scar tissue forms in the Tunica albuginea (penis), the thick sheath of tissue surrounding the corpora cavernosa causing pain, abnormal curvature, erectile dysfunction, indentation, loss of girth and shortening.
Our LG Hanger system was designed to help regain the length and girth and can be used with or without surgery.


Surgical Intervention


Patients who fail to respond to drug therapy for Peyronie's disease and who have curvature for longer than 12 months are considered candidates for surgical intervention. While some men may improve their curvature spontaneously, many men will progress over the first 12 months and have persistent and complete inability to achieve penetration because of either the magnitude of the penile curvature or secondary erectile dysfunction (ED). All patients considered candidates for surgical reconstruction undergo vascular evaluation to identify if the patient's erection function is adequate. Doing this allows the clinician to predict which patients may have worsening of their erectile function following penile reconstruction. In part the operative intervention that is selected for the individual patient is based upon the preoperative erectile function. At the Sexual Medicine Program at The New York Presbyterian Hospital the vascular test of choice is dynamic infusion cavernosometry/cavernosography (DICC), although many centers use duplex Doppler penile ultrasonography (DUS).
Which corrective operation is chosen is based on a number of criteria which include (i) preoperative erectile function (ii) preoperative erectile length and (iii) the magnitude and complexity of the curvature and (iv) patient and partner expectations and goals. There are 3 major types for operations for Peyronie's disease.

Penile Plication Procedures

This group of procedures generally involves performing a tuck procedure on the side opposite to the scar (plaque), thus shortening the long side of the penis. Its advantages include its simplicity, excellent preservation of preoperative erection ability, and high patient satisfaction. The disadvantages include loss of penile length, which in the medical literature is reported to occur in 46-100% of patients. Patients who are considered excellent candidates for this procedure include those with ample penile length who have a simple curvature without any associated deformity (wasting, hinge and hour-glass effects).

Plaque Incision/Excision And Grafting

This group of procedures involves the complete or partial excision of the plaque or its incision with the placement of a graft into the space left by the excision/incision technique. Multiple graft materials have been used, including dermis, cadaveric fascia, cadaveric pericardium, saphenous vein and intestinal submucosa. The advantage of this approach is that it is typically not associated with loss of penile length. Its disadvantages include the development of postoperative ED in men with poor erectile function preoperatively, and prolonged loss of penile sensation in approximately 10% of men. Ideal candidates for this approach are men with shorter penile length, irrespective of their degree or complexity of curvature who have normal erectile function preoperatively. Men who present with hour-glass deformity or waisting are also best served by plaque incision and grafting.

Penile Prosthesis Surgery

The placement of a penile implant allows immediate correction of the penile curvature as well as permitting fully rigid erections. It is associated with excellent postoperative patient satisfaction rates, however, it is associated with the low incidence of the risks and complications of penile prosthetic surgery (infection, malfunction, re-operation). It is generally reserved for men with combined ED and penile curvature. At our center, all men with combined ED and Peyronie's disease are commenced on pills or penile injections for the ED first, prior to deciding on penile implant surgery. If these drugs are effective then the patient is considered a candidate for penile plication procedures combined with ED drug therapy.

Size Expectations

One of the most frequent questions I get asked in PE, which you can probably guess is how big can I get and how long will it take. Because each person is different in terms of the genetic potential, their enthusiasm, there learning habits, available time this can vary.

The best that I can give is a generalization, a composite picture of the possibilities, given current technology. We at LG Hanger are constantly experimenting with new designs and redesigned protocols of time durations, weight intensity, and innovative positions to push the limits of possibilities. As in every field, limits are constantly pushed. Take for example bodybuilding equipment, today compared to  years ago; current equipment can cause much more muscularity because of their design and efficiency than their counterparts some years ago. As we progress with new PE design products the same will be true. In bodybuilding, I remember once to break the 20 inch bicep was a record, now a 20 inch bicep while not frowned on, is not necessarily a big deal.

 

So let’s get to the point, given the traction devices such as the LG Hanger,  Bib Hanger, computer-generated vacuum pumps and so on, one can expect a range of 1 to 3+ inches in length and almost that in girth. As a very rough rule of thumb I will indicate that one can expect to gain on average 1 inch a year, though I have known some to gain a little less and some to gain a good bit more. So in general are looking at several years for multiple inch gains. I tell prospective student that through optimum workouts the current upper limit of expectation would be to multiply the current size penis (pre-PE) by 1.6 and this will give you an approximation of the upper generic possibilities at this time. As stated I’m working on new technology and new methodology that I think in the near future will cause significant breakthroughs and I think adding 4 to 5 inches in length will be reasonable and accessible.

 

In conclusion, we at LG Hanger are striving for innovations, and constantly reflecting on possibilities. I feel in the near future a young man can go from average size to 9 to 10 inches in length and 7 inches in girth; this will be a reasonable expectation for the dedicated student.
