Benefits of Vitamins and Penis Enlargement

Nutrients for Penis Health

by Dr. Richard R Howard II

Sexual health is an important part of your life. You can take care of your nutritional needs to maximize your sexual desire and build enough energy for sexual activity, but taking care the body parts involved in these acts is vital as well. The health of your penis plays a role in your general health, and there are a variety of vitamins and herbs you can use to make sure it is in top working order.

Vitamin E

Including vitamin E can benefit the health of your penis, especially if you have Peyronie's disease, a condition that presents as a severe curvature when the penis is erect. This curve results from abnormal scar tissue or plaque in the tissues inside your penis; it can cause pain when your penis is erect or during orgasm, according to MayoClinic.com. While there is no cure for Peyronie's disease, your physician may recommend medications, injections or surgery to help relieve symptoms or straighten the curvature. Vitamin E may help improve symptoms as well, according to the Family Doctor website. The National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements notes that you should not take more than 1,000 to 1,500 IU per day of vitamin E at the risk of increased bleeding when you receive a cut or when internal injuries occur.

Gingko Biloba

Gingko biloba has long been in use as a medicinal herb to treat for the treatment of circulatory disorders. For this reason, it can help improve the health of your penis by improving circulation to the organ. It may play a role in treatment for erectile dysfunction in particular. The Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center College of Medicine notes that erectile dysfunction, the inability of achieve or maintain an erection in order to engage in sexual activity, affects 10 to 20 million men in the United States, particularly as they age and circulation in the body changes. No scientific data supports the use of gingko biloba for penis health, so no recommended dosage exists. The University of Maryland Medical Center notes that for other purposes gingko biloba can be taken in doses of up to 240 mg per day. Rare side effects like gastrointestinal problems, headaches, skin reactions and dizziness may occur.

Vitamin C

Taking vitamin C supplements or changing your diet to include more foods rich in vitamin C can offer many benefits for sexual health. Vitamin C plays a vital role in your body by growing and repairing tissues throughout your body, including your penis. You need vitamin C to help make collagen, a protein that makes skin and blood vessels, both of which are plentiful in your sexual organs. The University of Maryland Medical Center notes if you have sexual problems like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or issues with sexual desire, vitamin C may help. The website recommends taking 250 to 500mg once or twice daily. MayoClinic.com also reveals that a deficiency in vitamin C may cause you to have a low sperm count, which may contribute toward infertility.

Ginseng

It's easy to find ginseng -- it's commonly found in iced tea, and ginseng supplements are commonly available in any drug store. This herb can play a role in the health of your penis in a number of ways. According to the National Institutes of Health National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, ginseng proponents use it for improving stamina and erectile dysfunction. An article published in the October 2003 issue of "American Family Physician" indicates that taking ginseng helped study participants improve penis function and sexual desire. The article recommends taking a dosage of 200mg per day if you're taking extract supplements or 0.5 to 2g per day if eating dried root or taking ginseng in tea. More research is needed to determine ginseng's true effectiveness for penis health.

ARTICLE: Fulcrum Position & the Bundler

(Above Pictured Fulcrum Position using the LG Hanger Vacuum Penis Enlargement System.)

You can implement some variety into your routine such as pyramiding your weight increases while you hang.... example 5 lbs for 10 minutes, 8 lbs for 10 minutes, 12 lbs for 10 minutes, then 15 lbs for 20 - 30 minutes.

You can begin to do some Fulcrum hanging too. Which will isolate different sections of your shaft.

You can also do "bundle" hanging, which is twisting your penis anywhere from a 1/2 turn up to 2 turns while under traction. I have just invented a retrofit for the LG Hanger chamber that allows "Bundle" hanging.
You can email us directly for more information on the Bundle Hanger.

Beginning Routine for LG Hanger Penis Enlargement Vacuum Hanging

My suggested routine for a beginner is...
Wear 3 lbs for 30 minutes to an hour in the morning, then again in the evening. Always follow your hang sessions with 5 -10 minutes of moderate to aggressive hand stretches. Then wear your "girth band" after your sessions to prevent retraction. It can and should be worn while sleeping too. As you progress you can add weight to your hang session. I started with 3 lbs myself, and within 3 months was up to 8 lbs, slowly adding a pound about every week or two. You should train 3 days on, one day off, 2 days on, one day off.... on your days off do some mild jelqing to keep your flaccid penis at it's max length.
You can adjust the routine to fit your schedule . The key is to remain consistent and to hang at least three days a week, two session per day.

Q & A - LG Hanger Penis Enlargement Vacuum Hanger

As an uncut man,is it be best to have the chamber over the foreskin and glands or with the foreskin pulled fully back, which for me is not a problem?
LGH REPLY: It's a matter of preference. Some uncut men prefer to pull their foreskin back, then apply the glans protection wrap and then the chamber. Others like my associate Dr. Richard Howard (who is uncircumcised) prefers to pull the foreskin forward, over the glans and then wrap. If you decide to use that method I need to allow a little more room in your chamber manufacturing. There is no right or wrong way, you can experiment with both and see which feels better to you.

Do you have to put the system on with an erection or with the penis in a flaccid state?
LGH REPLY: You do not hang weight with an erection. What is ideal is that you warm your penis up. This is accomplished with some mild hand stretches and jelqs to get your penis full while flaccid. You then install your "girth band" at the base of your penis to help keep it in it's maximum flaccid state, then the glans protection wrap, then your chamber.

My penis is a little under 6" long and about 5" in girth. Realistically with your system what kind of results could I achieve if I used the system on a daily basis?
LGH REPLY: Everyone is different. There are just too many variables to take into consideration. Primarily your level of dedication is the biggest factor. Too often guys have unrealistic expectations and start off like gang busters, go a couple months and don't achieve what they expected, and then give up. Penis enlargement is not a sprint! It's a marathon! For those who are motivated and dedicated the gains will manifest themselves. It took me 3 years to gain 2 1/4" in erect length, and 1 3/4" in erect girth.
Genetics and how strong / thick your suspensory ligament are also factors. Most men have very strong ligaments.

Dr. Richard Howard has a fairly accurate formula for potential gains calculations. It is this.... you can potentially gain 50% of your current erect length. So if you're 6" long now, 50% of that is 3". This could take several years of training. I started out at 5 3/8" and now I am 7 5/8".
See my before and after photo attached.

I've never properly tried pe before but I am very serious in trying to achieve substantial gains of over an inch in length and over .5 inch in girth.
LGH REPLY: Your goal is very reasonable and achievable!

How PE Works

The Precise Mechanism of the PE Response through Manual and Mechanical Intervention.
by
Richard R. Howard II, Dr.PH, MS, MPH

The penis is a specialized vascular framework constructed to inflate to a rigid state called erection. The shaft consists of three chambers, the two corpora cavernosa CC on the dorsal side and one corpus spongeosum CS whic lies between CC on the ventral side. Within these chambers are prominent slit like spaces rich in blood cells, as they are really modified veins also called vascular plexus. The slit like vascular spaces are composed of abundant amount of smooth muscle with lesser amounts of fibrous tissue, lined by endothelium, this is called erectile tissue. Separating the CC and CS is a very thick band of connective tissue called the tunica albuginea composed mostly of bi-layered collagen and elastic fibers. The elastic fibers form an irregularly latticed network on which collagen fibers rest. It is this elastic network that gives the penis elasticity, allowing it to expand and contract.

The limiting factor in PE is the tunica albuginea and septum composed of collagen and elastic tissue. The collagen is very tough connective tissue constructed by nature to insure optimum structural integrity or strength. Think of a tendon or ligament, this is also composed of collagen. Your body’s entire structural framework is composed mostly of collagen, including bone.

To cause the penis to grow, you must overcome the structural bonds of the collagen. Through sufficient traction called critical traction when applied consistently along the length and diameter of the penis, the molecular bonds of the collagen will separate and undergo remodeling to a larger size.

The interior tissue is composed mainly of the vascular plexus consisting of epithelium lining, with abundant smooth muscles and some fibrous tissue. When sufficient traction is applied to the collagen, this results in a controlled bond breaking/separation and remodeling process making the collagen longer and larger. Think of separating a brick wall and filling it in with additional bricks resulting in a larger brick wall. The interior vascular plexus goes along for the ride, but itself is transformed into greater mass. The endothelium lining of the vascular slits undergoes mitosis, the abundant smooth muscle framework adjacent to the endothelium undergoes hypertrophy and mitosis (there are studies that support the proposition that mitosis can occur in smooth muscle cells), and the arteries and veins follow the same growth course mentioned above, with the remaining fibrous tissue undergoing remodeling. The slow growing peripheral nerves will grow and elongate when stimulated. Therefore the entire package gets bigger under sufficient constructive critical traction, with the collagenous structure being the limiting factor. If the collagen bond breaking is sufficient, with cementing, the process is likely permanent.

A brief look at "nubie gains". A "nubie" is a person never implementing PE. Once implemented he will experience characteristic easy gains. Unchallenged or unstressed collagen has slack or crimps allowing a stretching out scenario removing these crimps resulting in quick gains for the beginner. Under this condition, the collagen bonds generally remain intact until the critical traction level is applied.

The attachment points are composed of collagenous tissue called ligaments and skeletal muscular tissue. The main ligaments are called suspensory ligaments and fundiform ligaments. The primary base muscles are called the bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles.

Ligaments are composed of densely packed collagen fibers which are white and relatively inelastic. Mechanical properties vary with shape and structural organization. This connective tissues is characterized by sparse cellularity distributed within an extracellular matrix. Cells in tendons and ligaments are called fibroblasts. These ligaments consist of 70-80% collagen and 20% fibroblasts. Upon initiating traction the crimps of the ligament collagen are pulled out or straightened first, then additional traction triggers molecular transformation via molecular bond breaking and remodeling, again resulting in longer, larger ligaments.

The skeletal muscles called bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles are attachment points at the base of the penis, therefore traction will elicit the same changes in them as arm curls will elicit in your biceps and triceps. Whilst under traction, all muscular tissue at the base of the penis will undergo hypertrophy, strengthen and thus enlarge.

Dr. Richard Howard's Letter of Recomendation

I'm a research doctor who graduated from Tulane University and I gained 3 inches in length and almost that in girth, This is conclusive. I've had students to gain multiple inches, this is real time experience.
"Dr. Kotha told me there is no way to make your penis bigger" (taken from a posted question)
It is not unusual for an MD to make this sort of statement, usually most of the medical community are often years behind a phenomena, and their default answer is just to say no. I will enclose an article for you to read describing the mechanism of penis enlargement with references. I trust this will shed some more light on the subject.

Growth results from traction through equipment and manual exercise. The equipment that I recommend is the LG hanger (www.lghanger.com) and has been used for penis lengthening by an MD who also use surgery at least 250 plus times.

The cost is just the cause of a subscription and equipment. You can peruse my site mypenisdoctor.com there are three categories of subscriptions which if you peruse the site and find. What I do is to educate the student and tell them what is the best and safest method to gain. I estimate a conscientious student who is consistent can gain up to 30 to 50% in length and girth. I personally gain 60%.

Again a detailed paper will be attached, however the bottom line is that traction will cause the collagen which is the structural framework of the penis shaft and the striated muscular base to grow. Read the paper and will give you some insights to think about.

I will also attach before-and-after photos of the gentleman that manufactures the LG hanger, this site is lghangerllc.com, here you can find the cost of this piece of equipment, thus the training that I give in the cost of the equipment would be your total cost.

Best regards,
Richard R. Howard II, Dr. PH, MS, MPH (Tulane University Graduate)
