In this video, guys, I'll be taking you through how to not only set up the LG Hanger to the new rod system while at the time of this video, how to actually set up the bar that it comes with on the rod system, on to the LG Hanger, super simple. And then, I'll actually show you how to attach, in my opinion, the best way possible.
Now I won't be going into too much depth on actually how to attach the actual chamber itself. This video is mainly to cover how the rod system is not only going to be hooked up from the top bar onto the chamber, how to actually attach once you're in the rod system, but also how to adjust the system as well.
So first things first, you're most likely going to need maybe some pair of pliers, or even a shifter of some sort to fit on that head just there.
So what we're going to do is loosen off that nut nice and simple. As you can see, it comes off nice and easy, undo and undo the last long one. As you can see, it's precisely been machined in there. We're going to take that top bar off so you can chuck it on nice and easy, . pull down the springs, so you can detach that, or you can literally just undo the nuts and it will free up the springs a lot more.
What you're going to do is pretty much position this straight on the top of your LG Hanger chamber, place it through the hole, and screwing it back in just as if you were screwing the ice screw in. I just realized, I said screw before, but it is an eye screw.
So once it's actually in your chamber, go ahead and tighten up that nut. Make sure it's nice and tight. Not too tight, it's actually not going to go anywhere. It's just so that this actually doesn't spin around at all.
Now all you have to do is attach the chamber and I'll show you the rest.
Okay, guys, for the sake of this tutorial, I won't be going into too much depth about the LG Hanger chamber itself. However, I do want to give you a couple more tips on the way that this may attach, and another method that I actually found, which I almost was trying to avoid, but it seems to actually work for me in my personal opinion, a little bit better and a little bit easier.
Now, all I do is literally get a little bit of coconut oil, like tiny, you almost can't even see that. And, what I'm going to do is put it on the outside of the chamber, all the way down the sleeve. And I'm actually going to not roll, but slide the sleeve up. You'll see how easy it comes up.
So now I've got a real slippery surface on the underside of the sleeve, technically the outside when it's going to slide down, and now I'm faced with the inside of the sleeve and the inside of the chamber.
Now as always, I like to get a little bit of tissue just to put it on the bottom, to save from any of the taping damp or getting moisture just from, I guess the heat of your penis. Plus guys, we're actually pulling on the urethra and the other end of the urethra is obviously the bladder. So the chances of actually pulling through fluids is kind of high, so that's why I always advise you to chuck in a little bit of tissue down the bottom.
Now I'm not going to take you through the taping method. If you want to see how to tape, do go to the ultimate taping guide, or the LG Hanger attaching video, or the taping guide for the LG Hanger.
Now, my next recommendation guys, before you actually put the chamber on, it does get a little bit fiddly, but you do have to put the extender or the rod system on first, purely for the fact that the chamber won't actually fit through the pelvis ring.
Now you might ask, well, why don't they make the pelvis ring a little bigger? Because you actually want this to be a nice close circumference to the size of your penis as well, so that comfort is going to be delivered in the pelvic ring.
Now another recommendation I would give you is possibly get a little bit of sleeve just for some extra comfort, and, all I do with that is place it on the pelvis ring. So you've not only got this soft bit of plastic on the pelvis, and it is a nice size as well, but just to add a little bit of extra comfort, all I'm going to do is place this over the pelvic ring and over the rods a little bit.
Now what it's going to look like is a little opening that you can easily slide through. Even though that looks nice and small, it is just silicon, so that's going to be the inside of the pelvis ring. Just adds that little bit of extra layer of fat, extra comfort and feels really good.
Not to mention guys, what I'm also going to recommend is once you've got the tape on, not before, don't touch any oil before you go for the tape. You want this tape to be as adhesive as possible, to make sure you get the maximum protection out of your tape. So once your tape is on securely, I'd advise chucking some oil on, just on the mid shaft all the way up to the tape, but try not to actually get the tape. As I'm putting the oil on, I'm actually going to go all the way up the pelvis. So you're literally lubricating literally everything.
Now the reason being is, if you do try to move with that pelvic ring, and you've got high amounts of tension and dry skin is either on a dry pelvic ring or dry silicon, well it's not going to be too comfortable, because you're just going to get your skin gripping, and you really just want the skin to be able to slide freely. And the only thing that's going to have the tension is the inside tissues of the penis. Now that's what we want.
So once there, once all lubricated up, you're going to pop on through. Again guys, you don't need the sleeve, but you'll literally just be putting your penis right through the ring as I'm doing here. Now just to make sure that the pelvis ring is sitting right up, I'm actually going to try pull through as much skin as I can. So by the time I am on full tension, that tension isn't necessarily pulling on the skin, it's actually pulling on the internal tissues.
So I'm just going to pull through as much skin as I can, even give it a wiggle, shake up and down. Now once that's set, the silicon actually helps to actually keep the pelvis ring there while you're grabbing and moving around. Notice I can actually shake and everything, and it's not sliding down. Because it is a little bit fiddly, especially when you're standing up like I am, you may want to slide down, so this really helps it.
Now the next step guys is grabbing the LG Hanger chamber. I do actually like to get the remnants or the leftover of oil, so my hands are a little bit oily, and all I'm going to do is just escape on the inside of the chamber. And this is only going to work if the chamber is 100% clean, so make sure to you clean your chamber every single time. And you'll see that I could literally just on in, all I do is give it a few twists around, and I'm pretty much all the way at the end using your vacuum hose and trigger.
Now my preferred pressure is lately around about 15 to start with. If you get your glans right to the end, now the only trouble with having that sleeve slide all the way up, is, obviously it's going to cover the clear acrylic, and the actually see where your glans are. Now as long as your glans are right at the end, you're all good. Now all I like to do is just push down a tad. If I see that it's all there, pump up to 15, all good, I'm going to pull my skin back and simply slide down the sleeve.
Now that oil on the inside, or should I say outside of the sleeve on the chamber, is literally just going to slide down like you've just seen. It's a real, real simple. That pressure still on 15. Now the pressure guys is really dependent on personal preference. Not to mention where you're up to in your penis enlargement journey, especially with any vacuum based devices like the LG Hanger chamber.
But once you're there and you're comfortable, you're all good, you can even have a few warm ups if you want, so stretching out, stretching left.
Now I would advise just staying where you need the springs first. If you even just want to line it up, just say, for instance, if I push the rod system all the way back onto my pelvis, and the springs, well they're going to be pretty loaded by the time I pull those springs backs. So what I'm going to do is under these nuts, get them closer toward the bottom. Just make sure that it's nice and even on both sides. Pull those springs down.
Now what you're going to do ... Now, it's as simple as this guys, all you're going to do is pull the spring down, clip it in, because what you'll find is at the bottom of this little frame at the top that bolts onto the LG Hanger chamber, there's little grooves on the inside of that little frame here. So what I'm going to do is push the spring down, the spring's going to go within the frame, and now I've got pretty adequate tension as it is, which I can just stay there.
Now without actually tightening up these top nuts, you'll find that when you do apply attention, the system's going to want to twist either way. To actually prevent that, what we're going to do is close up these nuts. As you start going down with the top nuts, you'll find that the springs compress, and this actually gives the system a nice lot of rigidity.
So we're good. Now, if I wanted to apply a bit more attention, please note this guys, because I had to find out the hard way. I tried to tighten up the system by just screwing these bottom nuts. Now you can do that, just be wary about how much the springs are actually shortening and coming closer together.
What you want to do is, most likely under the top nuts first, you want to get some gap so that the frame attached to the LG Hanger a chamber isn't actually touching the nuts, okay? So notice how there's a bit of gap. Now what I'm going to do is actually start tightening the bottom two nuts, and I'll actually feel pressure start to pick up.
So almost see it like this. The bottom nuts or thumb nuts are literally for a tension and intensity, and then the top nuts are literally for the rigidity of the device so that it doesn't sway or feel really loose.
Now the way that I like to travel through my routine is, under the top nuts tighten up to a tension that feels adequate for my session, especially when you just start out guys. I would recommend really starting out slow. You want to get to that happy tension. And what I mean by happy tension guys, is, you'll be able to go down, go up, and it's still comfortable, all right? There's not too much pressure.
Now with any vacuum based device guys, you literally want to up the intensity nice and slow, because the glans need time to accommodate. So this is the fantastic thing about the extender. Let's say compared to hanging. If you were to hang, you'd be taking the weights off, putting them back on again, adjusting and trying to incrementally increase the weight, while trying to hold onto the chamber, so you don't lose that accommodation of pressure that the glans have just gone through.
So I like to pretty much get to a tension that I'm comfortable, that I can literally put the device up, down and move it around anywhere I like, and pretty much stand up or even sit down. Now what I'm going to do is meet where the frame is with the top nuts, and now I'm going to wind up and build some tension on the springs, maybe even just half a centimeter. So you'll notice that these are closing up, about half a centimeter, match it on the other side.
Fantastic thing about this device guys is that you can easily see where you're at in terms of movement. You can even set these top rods as kind of like a goal where you want to achieve maybe in the next six months or so.
So, while I've actually adjusted these bottom nuts, now, as I get through my workout or session, as I feel like my glans become accommodated to the pressure within the chamber, all I'm going to do is literally unscrew one, two half turns to make a whole turn. I can feel that pressure increase just a little bit, and then I'll leave it there for maybe another five minutes.
As soon as I feel like my glans are okay and I feel like I can actually go up in intensity again, a full rotation of the nuts, comfortable, good. And I can pretty much keep doing this until my glans either feel uncomfortable, or, I think that I'm at an adequate amount of tension where I can get to a good level of fatigue.
Now detaching guys is as simple as undoing those bottom nuts, due to a point where it feels like the springs are nice and loose and it's always coming off that top frame. And then all I like to do is literally just pull down one side, unclip, pull down the other side of the spring and unclip. And then all you're going to be left with is the chamber, which you simply remove and slide the extender off.

Just keep on holding. So it seems pretty good. Let's just wrap down, and you can hold that if it's not staying, and then put that in your hanger, and fold down the silicone. And you are ready to go.
So I hope that helps some of the technique as far as hanging with an LG hanger, and your wrap technique. I am circumcised obviously so, you'll want to check the manual for the uncircumcised option.
DiscoStick Demo Wrap Prep Beige Tape (personal preference)
- Alright, so the first thing you wanna do is get about 80 to 90% hard. I do this with the two girth bands and I'll show you how those come into play in just a second. And then we're gonna go ahead and do a wrap, just about half an inch below the glans. Just make sure it's nice and tight. Wrap it all around. Nice little opening there. And then we'll just hold this down, just try to get a full grip if possible, then just kinda squeeze and squeeze 'em together. That helps tighten it up. Make sure it's nice and secure. Not too tight, don't wanna hurt yourself.
Alright, so we still got that little opening, so I have this band here. Another piece, and just wrap it across like so. Then you hold that in place, make sure everything stuck together. Give it just kind of a pulsing motion to keep it all good. That should be okay. Looks like everything's good. Still need to put our LG Hanger on there to get it wrapped up. Now, I just gotta pull down and just kinda slide it all the way across. Okay, pull out any kinks. Then we're gonna roll this back.
Make sure it's nice and tight. Check the inside, everything looks good. Still together. Then we're gonna pull this first band up by the head and then we're gonna pull the bottom one around at the bottom, and that gives me a pretty nice tight fit for my hangs. Serves me well so far. So now, we're ready to pump and we're ready to hang. Hope you enjoyed.

VIDEO TUTORIAL: V Jelq's for Penis Enlargement

To perform the side jelq, begin with a normal jelq with your penis being 75-85% erect. Towards the halfway point of jelqing, simply place your other hand at the base of the penis, helping support it. Curve the jelq movement from side to side. When you reach the glans of the penis, press your palm against it to complete the bending motion.

VIDEO TUTORIAL: Oriental Massage Jelqing for warm up to weight hanging
1) Inhale deeply and "swallow" your breath. Mentally visualize pushing the breathed-in “energy” into your penis. Using your index, middle and ring fingers, push up on the area just behind your testes and just in front of your anus (the ‘taint) to “hold in” your stored energy. Keep this pressure constant for all of the pulling you are about to do.
2) Grasp your penis just behind the head, and with a steady pull that should only be mildly uncomfortable (NOT PAINFUL!) Pull it straight out nine times, Then to the left nine times, then to the right nine times and then down nine times.
3) Get your penis semi-erect. Then make a circle around the base of your penis using your forefinger and thumb (like if you where making an “OK” sign.) Then milk towards the glans nine times.
4) After the last procedure, your penis should be fully erect or close to it. Grasp your penis just behind the head and pull it towards your left side. Start rotating your penis in circles with a “cranking” style. Do this nine times. Repeat the same procedure for your right side.
5) For your last pulling exercise, grasp your penis just behind the head and pull your penis straight out. Keeping the tension, touch the head of your penis lightly to the inside of your left thigh and then back out again. Do this a total of nine times.
Repeat the same procedure for the other side.
6) After your stretching exercises, you should soak in a hot tub or a warm bath to relax the tissues of the penis; similar to relaxing your muscles after a heavy workout. You may also want to massage your penis at this time (or better yet, get someone to do it for you!)

GIRTH BANDS-Information
As all men know your penis fluctuates in size when flaccid. Depending on what you are doing, temperatures and any stress you are experiencing will affect your flaccid size.
Within the penis enlargement community there’s a term often used to describe a small flaccid state, it’s called “turtling”. A metaphor relating to how a turtle pulls its head back into its shell when alarmed or cold. Similarly, your flaccid penis reacts the same way. So how does one prevent that and why is it important to prevent when engaged in a penis enlargement routine?
To prevent “turtling” or the retraction of your flaccid penis you must provide a mild amount of compression at the base of your penis. The LG Girth Band is the perfect solution to the “turtling” reaction.
Men who engage in a penis enlargement training have an ultimate goal to create a longer, fuller erect penis. This requires a significant amount of time and dedication to accomplish.
Anyone who has ever undergone an orthodontic treatment to correct the mis-alignment of their teeth knows that after the teeth are properly aligned a retainer is made and worn to prevent the teeth from moving. Think of the Girth Band as a retainer. While you are growing your penis the Girth Band prevents retraction while your penis heals and recovers from the heavy training sessions. Here are various ways the Girth Band can be used.
#1 – Hand stretching exercises. Use two girth bands to aid in enhancing your grip. Wear one at the base of your penis, another below the glans. This will enable you to get a much better grip while pulling. With one hand at your base grip your penis, using your other dominant hang grab your penis below the glans and pull. The Girth Bands will provide you with a much better grip and help prevent skin chaffing when your pulls become more intense.
#2 – Pumping – wear one at the base of your penis, this will provide a mild amount of compression and help you stay “engorged” to a fuller extent during your pump session, and if you have any issues with “ball suck” it will help prevent that too!
#3 – Clamping – wear a LG Hanger Girth Band under your clamp. They provide a nice cushion and prevent any skin pinch from the clamp. For more advanced clamping exercises you can use two Girth Bands. One with your base clamp and another with your mid-shaft clamp.

Of course, if you are right at the in-between size I recommend going to the lesser size, as you want the Girth Band to provide a decent amount of compression, but not to the point where your penis gets cold. And if you choose a size that feels a little too snug you can always stretch your Girth Band over a larger object for 24 hours to loosen it up a bit.

Would you park your Ferrari on the street? Uh, I don't have a Ferrari. I'm going to go. If you had a Ferrari, would you park it on the street? Heck No. Okay, so you would look after it, right? Of course I would in this video, I'll be giving you a few things to think about and tips from personal experience on how to look after your LG, your sleeves and pretty much any penis enlargement or male enhancement device to make sure that you maximize the life and longevity of your tools and devices. Now you're probably thinking, I took that analogy too far. It's a Ferrari, but am I really now I consider the LG hanger like the Ferrari of vacuum hangers and the penis enlargement industry. However, it really doesn't matter between an LG hanger, a bathmat and all day stretcher, whether it's one of the best in the industry or even something that you found off Ebay for cheap. Regardless, it's going on your penis, one of man's most prized assets. Now when you look at it like that, would you treat your tools and devices as if it was a Ferrari? I'd like to get straight into it just to help give you those tips and maybe things to think about, to look off to your LG hanger, any device or sleeves, not only to maximize the lifetime and longevity of the devices, but also just to make your experience a lot more comfortable and safer as well.
Yeah, to make sure that they last the time that we want them for. We need to look after them. Unfortunately, deterioration of anything is a part of life, especially something that you will most likely be using every day. Now, even the oil that could be coming from the skin of your penis could be just enough to deteriorate the materials, the devices, whatever you are using a little bit faster than if the device wasn't laying all stored away properly. Plus in general, wear and tear is just going to be inevitable after you use them for a long period of time. He's how to slow both of these issues down. Now I'd like to mention that I do want to give a lot more emphasis on the LG hanger, but especially the sleeves because these are something that will most likely deteriorate faster than anything. Plus they're one of the only things that's always coming into contact with your penis or your skin and also just because they have so many different uses that they will most likely have a high chance of being deteriorated or wearing faster.
Now what you want to do is wash them regularly. If you can wash the device, wash it, let's just say the LG hanger itself and even the all day stretch out, try wash all the components as regularly as you think that you can. Just make sure to dry it as thoroughly as you can as well. If it's with bare metal, either don't or just be careful with it. Okay, so the main aim is just to make sure that the slaves are clean, especially if anything starts building up on the slaves. It could be detrimental to the health of your penis. You don't want any bacteria building up, especially when it's going onto your penis every single day. So what you can do is utilize water with the sleeves. If you do, just make sure that you rub them thoroughly to remove everything and also dry them thoroughly as well.
What you can also do is use some wipes, hopefully with no nasty chemicals. These are really easy and they also safe. Just make sure that they're hypoallergenic so that it's not going to cause any issues to not only the sleeves themselves, but also your penis now if you do use soap, make sure to check that packaging, even look it up online if you need to make sure there are no nasties, no chemicals in this stuff, and just make sure to rinse and dry it thoroughly. Obviously soaps going to get through all that bacteria and anything that could be on it. But if it does have any crap in it, it could honestly deteriorate the material even faster. So just be careful, wash it properly, dry it properly. Alrighty. Mainly speaking of the sleeves, there may be wear and tear or even scuffs. Now, depending on the whereabouts, of the stuff, the tear, wherever it is, you might be able to save the rest of the length of slave by sacrificing just a little bit.
For instance, they sleeves are quite new still, so they're almost impeccable. But if there is something tiny, maybe even like this little scuff just here, that's almost created a tear, it doesn't look like anything. Now, however, once you stretch and open this up day by day, week by week, it could build to something bigger and nastier where you weren't able to save the sleeve at all. So all you're going to do is simply get a pair of scissors and snip just the end off so that you have one nice clean, smooth finish. And all that's going to do is essentially saved that sleeve from the tear progressing any further and deeper into the whole thing. Now if there is a hole in the middle, well you might as well donate it to the compression hanger. If you do use a compression hanger, these are fantastic for compression hangers, especially if you use it with some oil as well as that.
There's no pinching, no grabbing. When you do tighten up the compression hang up. Just know that if you use these for compression hanger and you want to go back to a vacuum. That is not a good idea because of the potential pinching or grabbing, it shouldn't happen. But if it does, it's going to pretty much make these useless because of the vacuum suction of pressure that's needed for the ads or even the LG hanger itself. Now storing your LG sleeves and even devices now because of the topic itself, you're most likely putting these things away or hiding them somewhere. But just in case if you're as open as Me, I pretty much could leave this anywhere that I wanted, but for the sake of keeping the lifetime and longevity of my devices and sleeves up there, I make sure to store them away properly.
Now you definitely want to keep the sleeves out of direct sunlight. Even materials like the LG hanger plastic. That's probably really hard to do, but if it came into direct contact with sunlight, who knows? It could change the composition of the plastic, but especially the sleeves and since it's going on your penis, you don't want any of that crap going in. So that's an easy one. Just make sure that there's no direct heat or sunlight on your devices and especially sleeves. All right, don't keep your sleeves in a rolled up position. This is inevitably going to just stretch them out even further away from that original state and you'll most likely be going through sleeves faster than if you were to just have them rolled down every time they were stored. And lastly, always make sure when you do wash your sleeves or devices, just dry them properly.
Simple. Now these little, same straightforward, however many I think we'll either forget or neglect. And I'm not sure if you're like me, but I also know what to do, but I only do it when someone also reminds me, sorry, take care of your all day, hanger your sleeves or any devices that are going on your penis or just anything doing this, your also taking care of your penis. FATIGUE: What does it mean to Reach Fatigue in Penis Enlargement
"Fatigue" doesn't always accompany soreness. It's more of a state of condition than a feel. Although you can have symptoms of soreness, but that depends on the level of your training, and the plateaus that you reach.
If you base everything on the feel you get from ligament soreness then you have not properly defined "fatigue". Obviously as you progress into heavier more intense training you can feel the following symptoms......
#1 - Soreness at the base of your penis, since your ligament is attached to your pubic bone you should feel it more internally behind the fat pad.
#2 - Mild tenderness within your penis shaft. I wouldn't classify this as soreness, but more like muscle or tissue awareness. Meaning if you massage or squeeze your penis you should feel like it's been used or worked.
#3 - Soreness in you sphincter muscle. Occasionally as you graduate to heavier weight the initial sessions can manifest a soreness in your sphincter muscle. This means your body is reacting to the stress of the workload and tensing up. This is where you really need to learn to relax that pelvic floor muscle, and feel that stretch to it's fullest.
#4 - A very loose and pliable flaccid penis. This is the condition you should experience after a good hang session. It's also the time to take full advantage of this "fatigue" and do 10 - 15 minutes of very aggressive hand stretches. The hang work is what facilitates the "fatigue" and it's where you'll be able to stretch, twist and bend your penis beyond what you can normally do prior to a weight hanging session. It's in this condition that you probably wouldn't be able to achieve a 100% hard erection. This is FATIGUE!
It's my experienced that erect length gains come from flaccid length gains. Your penis can be stretched to greater lengths while flaccid than while erect.
You'll never hear anyone say that they have a 7" flaccid penis, but only a 6" erection. Over time the difference between your flaccid length and erect length will become less. For me if I had to put a percentage on it, it would be approximately 30%
If you are looking to target the ligament stretch more intensely without going to heavier weight, then use a Fulcrum bar as close to the base area as possible, all the way up to the point where you have to push your testicles backwards. Only do not exceed 15 minutes of Fulcrum hanging, as it will cut off circulation to a point. You can do sets of Fulcrums in between SD hanging.

VIDEO TUTORIAL: Bundle Exercise demo by KINGSNAKE
This exercise is especially for more experienced users that need something extra to maximize their results. But you can use it even if you are a beginner since it is pretty simple and your penis does not have to be erect. On the contrary, for this exercise to work your penis must be in a completely flaccid state.
Many of you might be wondering what the difference is between the bundled stretch and the simple stretch. The bundled stretch helps you gain some extra inches when simple stretching has brought you its maximum gains. It is the next step in penile enlargement exercises as it helps you stretch the tunica both in length and girth and increases the overall mass of your penis.
The actual exercise is pretty simple and includes three steps.
Step one, twist your penis towards one direction as many rotations as possible. Think of your penis as a washcloth that you are trying to squeeze the water out of.
Step two, when you have reached the desirable amount of rotations (always make sure you are not hurting yourselves), stretch it without releasing the rotations.
Step three, put the other hand on the base of the shaft and push towards the opposite direction as if your hands are trying to go away from each other.
Hold for 30 seconds and release. Now, repeat but stretch towards a different direction, do as many repetitions as possible.
There is not a certain number of rotation that you need to do, that is entirely up to you and your physiology. Do as many as possible without inflicting pain.

VIDEO TUTORIAL: KINGSNAKE 20lbs Hanging Weight Routine
Alright, this is Kingsnake checking in.
Just showing my hanging weight here, doing my work set. Which is 20 pounds.
What I normally do is in the morning time, I do my heavy works set.
I warm up with 10 pounds for about 10 minutes and then I’ll jump it up to 20 pounds, which is my actual work set.
I'll hang that weight for 20 minutes. If I reach any type of fatigue throughout that 20 minute work set then I’ll drop the weight usually by 2 1/2 pounds and then what I like to do in the evening time, or close to bed is what I call a back off set.
The purpose of the back off set is basically just to keep those microscopic gaps between the tissues open we can heal in the elongated state.
With the back off set I only hang half the amount of weight that my work set was.
So right now, since my work sets 20 pounds, half of that is 10, so I’ll hang 10 pounds for 20 minutes in the evening for my back offset.
I do this six days a week.
