Weight Rings Measurement Guidelines


Suggest size for FLACCID girths

Hello PE Enthusiasts,

    Last year was a very productive year for LG Hanger! The design and development of our new 1 1/2 lb. weight ring has finally come to fruition. I'm pleased to say the long arduous process of manufacturing and testing is complete.

    We've listened and responded to requests to come up with a low traction / extended wear device that's user friendly and inexpensive enough for all men to enjoy and benefit from.

    While many men are interested in enhancing the size of their manhood, just as many are concerned about penile health and erection quality. Designing a device that could achieve both was of our main objective. With all the television ads that are addressing erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease, men are seeking solutions now more than ever.

    The pharmaceutical industry is at the forefront and wants men to believe that drugs are the solution to both problems.
We at LG Hanger endeavor to offer more of a holistic approach to problem solving these issues. Can a mild amount of traction placed upon the penis help to overcome ED and Peyronie's conditions? Many urologists are suggesting that it can. To buttress that observation, take a look at the various devices such as penis pumps , "extenders" and all-day stretcher devices that are currently being marketed with doctor endorsements. Many such devices are poorly made, expensive and not user friendly.
We read thousands of forum reviews, personal emails and field numerous phone calls from men who back up that observation.

    Switching gears to those who are more interested in male enhancement or penis enlargement. I'm not going to get into the variety of reasons for men's personal motivations to enlarge their penis. There are just too many to address and I'm not Dr. Phil. Suffice it to say most men don't want to be what is considered average, and I've never heard any man other than Howard Stern brag about being less than average. So how does the LGH 1.5 lb. weight ring compliment those who train for size? It provides enough traction to prevent your penis from retracting or as the penis enlargement community refers to as "turtling". It's a supplemental device to be worn after more intense penis enlargement training, that will prevent your penis from retracting while you recover.

    There are four sizes, all of which are 1 1/2 lbs. Each size is commensurate with our LGH Girth Bands. It is recommended that you use a Girth Band or a portion of silicon sleeve under the weight ring to provide grip and comfort.
You can however use a Tender tape wrap under the weight ring if desired. It's important to choose the appropriate size for correct fit. The ring is held together with two magnets and once installed will employ a small amount of compression along with the grip of the silicon Girth Band or sleeve to hold it in place. This will ensure good blood flow and prevent any circulatory compromise.

    Extensive testing has determined that a single ring can be worn up to three continuous hours, however most men need to relieve themselves approximately every other hour depending on fluid intake. Since the rings are easy to installed and remove, bathroom breaks are easily accomplished. For those who want to use a little more weight, two rings can be worn simultaneously too. Testing revealed that two rings can be worn for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours with no difficulty. With two rings however you can experience a little bit of edema in the frenulum area. If so, a moderately snug compression wrap can be used to eliminate that condition after sustained wear times.

    Choosing which size LGH weight ring that is appropriate for you depends on a few things. I personally recommend that a LGH Girth Band or a section of one of our silicon sleeves is worn underneath the weight ring. A couple reasons for that are the Girth Band or section of silicon sleeve will provide comfort and prevent any potential skin pinch. Secondly it will help provide grip. The LGH weight rings are designed to be held in place with only a minimal amount of compression so as to not compromise circulation. They are not like a compression clamp that you can tighten up. The two halves are held together with two small magnets rated at 9 lbs. of pull, this ensures that the two halves will snap together when installed. A small gap of 3/32" or 2.4 mm was removed from the center of the two halves in order to help provide a minimal amount of compression. If you decide you do not want to use a Girth Band or section of silicon sleeve and instead want to use a wrap that's fine. However, you will likely want to use one size smaller of a ring. The reason is because both our LGH Girth Bands and sleeves all have a 1/8" or 3mm wall thickness that takes up space inside the internal diameter of the weight ring.
Lastly, depending on the location along the shaft where one places the weight ring is important too. There aren't too many men who have uniform girth throughout the entire length of their penis. Most men, including myself have a smaller girth circumference below the glans than at mid shaft. So, if you intend on wearing two rings, one below glans and one mid shaft you will probably require two different sizes of ring.

My personalized Routine for Weight Hanging


I'll outline the basics as it would be very difficult to provide what my PE training entailed during the four years I was working towards fulfilling my full PE potential. That's because I trained intuitively and was constantly changing the routine in order to break through plateaus.
This required incremental increases in the intensity, time and weight I used. 

Basics -
Warm up with moderate hand stretching while taking a warm / hot shower. This can be done with a heat lamp too.... 5 to 10 minutes.

Two hang sessions per day, one in the morning, and another in the afternoon or early evening. These sessions were 45 minutes up to a full hour. Followed by very aggressive hand stretches for 5 -10 minutes, pulling in a variety of directions.... straight out, up, down, and side to side. The intensity of these hand stretches should be as hard as you can tolerate. Train 3 days on, one day off, two days on, one day off. On off days' work on erection quality. This means achieving an erection and maintaining it for 15-20 minutes at 75% - 100% firmness, and doing 20-30 Kegels and holding the Kegel for 2-3 seconds before releasing it. This helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscle and promotes better erection quality and control of erection firmness.

In between hang sessions I would wear my ADS throughout the day as much as possible.
After my last hang session / hand stretches, I would do a 15–20-minute pump session.

As I progressed to heavier weight and hit a limit where I couldn't effectively use more weight (15 lbs.) I started to look for ways to increase the stress load without using more weight. This is when I started to incorporate the Fulcrum and Bundle. This was approximately around the two-year mark of my training.

By the third year I started to introduce clamping and added a few more pump sessions throughout the week.

VIDEO: Cable Weight Stand Assembly Tutorial

How to Assemble Your Cable Weight Stand




- All right hey everyone. We are gonna be going through the assembly of the cable weight stand or the roller stand. 
So we're gonna start at the bottom with the support feet, the bars here. All right, so first thing is you're gonna wanna take this and put it through the hole here. The hole at the very bottom and there's a hole on the other side. Just make sure it fits through, and what you'll want to do is make sure that the hole in here is pointing downwards so that screw can go into it, so you can adjust it with both fingers or you can use your finger in the middle to adjust it. 
All right once you got that in the right spot you'll then take your bolt here, and you'll put it through the smaller end on here not the larger side. So small end first, and then holding it one finger, and holding this with two you can use your eyes to make sure that it fits into the hole, and then you can apply pressure and tighten with your hand to start, once you feel that it has a nice grip, you can use your hex tool, it's a 5 mm hex tool to finish up with the tightening. And that's it, now it's all together, and you're just gonna repeat the same with the other side. 
Okay, we're gonna be going to the top of the assembly, so in order to get these two holes going, we gotta have washers on the outside and the inside, on the inside here. So, what I would suggest is getting your bolt, putting a washer on it, putting it slightly through, enough so where a washer can hang on to the bolt, and then once you have that on, you can go ahead and put this in just a little bit enough so that it can go through the hole. Push it through. You don't want to push it all the way through, 'cause we still need a washer on the other side, and I like to adjust this, and kinda move this out of the way a little bit, so that the bolt is kinda hanging out there a little bit. 
All right, and then you can kind of slip this washer kinda in there, you gotta squeeze it in. Make sure you have your finger on this other side so the bolt doesn't push out, and then you kinda squeeze it so it fits through the hole. Now you put your last washer on, all right and then you put nut on. I just probably would do this about hand tight for now, and then once you're know that everything is good you can come back, use your adjustable wrench and your hex tool to tighten everything up. 
Okay, now we're gonna be putting the other arm together, and also assembling the adjustable knob. So what you'll do, there a pin, kind of a metal tab that is, that this is going to push on. So you wanna make sure that that is following this side that this is going into. 
All right so you just slide it in make sure it's in fully, nice and tight, and your gonna take this and just simply screw it in. Just like that. I can adjust, Now it won't move, see? All right, that's it for that part. All right now for the last part, the roller stand itself. So you're gonna want to attach this to the open end here, not the back with the two holes. All right so you're gonna take the two holes here, place it on and you put your bolt through the hole so it comes out on the other side. Now, just take your washer, keep your finger on the other side, you can turn it over if you need to, and then attach the bolts. I'll just hand tighten it for now. 
All right, and then we're going to repeat the other bolt put it in, sure it fits through the other side and hold and then you can attach the other nut. Again just hand tight is good for now. Okay So once that is all good, then you can come back with your hex tool and adjustable wrench to tighten these together, and that's it. All right guys, hope that helped.

VIDEO REVIEW: Cable Weight Stand Set Up








You simply install your LG Hanger onto your penis, find a chair you can comfortably sit in, and position it in such a way that when you are seated you can rest your feet on the base leg (see photos). Once you determine where you want to position stand (this is all dependent on the height of the chair you are sitting in and how tall you are). Then hook your weight onto the cable with the cable clamp, pull the cable up over the roller ring with the groove in it. Holding onto the opposite end of the cable with your hand, sit down and then attach the end of the cable with your double end hook that came in your package to the end of our LG Hanger. You might have to adjust the cable clamp so that the weight doesn't hit the floor.

The exercises that you can do are by changing the angle of pull by raising or lowering the height of the roller. You do this by loosening the red lock handle and lowering or raising the roller. You can also do a "bundle twist" by turning the cable left or right to put a half or full twist onto your penis while you are hanging.

Would you park your Ferrari on the street? Uh, I don't have a Ferrari. I'm going to go. If you had a Ferrari, would you park it on the street? Heck No. Okay, so you would look after it, right? Of course I would in this video, I'll be giving you a few things to think about and tips from personal experience on how to look after your LG, your sleeves and pretty much any penis enlargement or male enhancement device to make sure that you maximize the life and longevity of your tools and devices. Now you're probably thinking, I took that analogy too far. It's a Ferrari, but am I really now I consider the LG hanger like the Ferrari of vacuum hangers and the penis enlargement industry. However, it really doesn't matter between an LG hanger, a bathmat and all day stretcher, whether it's one of the best in the industry or even something that you found off Ebay for cheap. Regardless, it's going on your penis, one of man's most prized assets. Now when you look at it like that, would you treat your tools and devices as if it was a Ferrari? I'd like to get straight into it just to help give you those tips and maybe things to think about, to look off to your LG hanger, any device or sleeves, not only to maximize the lifetime and longevity of the devices, but also just to make your experience a lot more comfortable and safer as well.

Yeah, to make sure that they last the time that we want them for. We need to look after them. Unfortunately, deterioration of anything is a part of life, especially something that you will most likely be using every day. Now, even the oil that could be coming from the skin of your penis could be just enough to deteriorate the materials, the devices, whatever you are using a little bit faster than if the device wasn't laying all stored away properly. Plus in general, wear and tear is just going to be inevitable after you use them for a long period of time. He's how to slow both of these issues down. Now I'd like to mention that I do want to give a lot more emphasis on the LG hanger, but especially the sleeves because these are something that will most likely deteriorate faster than anything. Plus they're one of the only things that's always coming into contact with your penis or your skin and also just because they have so many different uses that they will most likely have a high chance of being deteriorated or wearing faster.

Now what you want to do is wash them regularly. If you can wash the device, wash it, let's just say the LG hanger itself and even the all day stretch out, try wash all the components as regularly as you think that you can. Just make sure to dry it as thoroughly as you can as well. If it's with bare metal, either don't or just be careful with it. Okay, so the main aim is just to make sure that the slaves are clean, especially if anything starts building up on the slaves. It could be detrimental to the health of your penis. You don't want any bacteria building up, especially when it's going onto your penis every single day. So what you can do is utilize water with the sleeves. If you do, just make sure that you rub them thoroughly to remove everything and also dry them thoroughly as well.

What you can also do is use some wipes, hopefully with no nasty chemicals. These are really easy and they also safe. Just make sure that they're hypoallergenic so that it's not going to cause any issues to not only the sleeves themselves, but also your penis now if you do use soap, make sure to check that packaging, even look it up online if you need to make sure there are no nasties, no chemicals in this stuff, and just make sure to rinse and dry it thoroughly. Obviously soaps going to get through all that bacteria and anything that could be on it. But if it does have any crap in it, it could honestly deteriorate the material even faster. So just be careful, wash it properly, dry it properly. Alrighty. Mainly speaking of the sleeves, there may be wear and tear or even scuffs. Now, depending on the whereabouts, of the stuff, the tear, wherever it is, you might be able to save the rest of the length of slave by sacrificing just a little bit.

For instance, they sleeves are quite new still, so they're almost impeccable. But if there is something tiny, maybe even like this little scuff just here, that's almost created a tear, it doesn't look like anything. Now, however, once you stretch and open this up day by day, week by week, it could build to something bigger and nastier where you weren't able to save the sleeve at all. So all you're going to do is simply get a pair of scissors and snip just the end off so that you have one nice clean, smooth finish. And all that's going to do is essentially saved that sleeve from the tear progressing any further and deeper into the whole thing. Now if there is a hole in the middle, well you might as well donate it to the compression hanger. If you do use a compression hanger, these are fantastic for compression hangers, especially if you use it with some oil as well as that.

There's no pinching, no grabbing. When you do tighten up the compression hang up. Just know that if you use these for compression hanger and you want to go back to a vacuum. That is not a good idea because of the potential pinching or grabbing, it shouldn't happen. But if it does, it's going to pretty much make these useless because of the vacuum suction of pressure that's needed for the ads or even the LG hanger itself. Now storing your LG sleeves and even devices now because of the topic itself, you're most likely putting these things away or hiding them somewhere. But just in case if you're as open as Me, I pretty much could leave this anywhere that I wanted, but for the sake of keeping the lifetime and longevity of my devices and sleeves up there, I make sure to store them away properly.

Now you definitely want to keep the sleeves out of direct sunlight. Even materials like the LG hanger plastic. That's probably really hard to do, but if it came into direct contact with sunlight, who knows? It could change the composition of the plastic, but especially the sleeves and since it's going on your penis, you don't want any of that crap going in. So that's an easy one. Just make sure that there's no direct heat or sunlight on your devices and especially sleeves. All right, don't keep your sleeves in a rolled up position. This is inevitably going to just stretch them out even further away from that original state and you'll most likely be going through sleeves faster than if you were to just have them rolled down every time they were stored. And lastly, always make sure when you do wash your sleeves or devices, just dry them properly.

Simple. Now these little, same straightforward, however many I think we'll either forget or neglect. And I'm not sure if you're like me, but I also know what to do, but I only do it when someone also reminds me, sorry, take care of your all day, hanger your sleeves or any devices that are going on your penis or just anything doing this, your also taking care of your penis. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Bundle Exercise Demo by RMan





This exercise is especially for more experienced users that need something extra to maximize their results. But you can use it even if you are a beginner since it is pretty simple and your penis does not have to be erect. On the contrary, for this exercise to work your penis must be in a completely flaccid state.

Many of you might be wondering what the difference is between the bundled stretch and the simple stretch. The bundled stretch helps you gain some extra inches when simple stretching has brought you its maximum gains. It is the next step in penile enlargement exercises as it helps you stretch the tunica both in length and girth and increases the overall mass of your penis.

The actual exercise is pretty simple and includes three steps.

Step one, twist your penis towards one direction as many rotations as possible. Think of your penis as a washcloth that you are trying to squeeze the water out of.

Step two, when you have reached the desirable amount of rotations (always make sure you are not hurting yourselves), stretch it without releasing the rotations.

Step three, put the other hand on the base of the shaft and push towards the opposite direction as if your hands are trying to go away from each other.

Hold for 30 seconds and release. Now, repeat but stretch towards a different direction, do as many repetitions as possible.

There is not a certain number of rotation that you need to do, that is entirely up to you and your physiology. Do as many as possible without inflicting pain.

VIDEO TUTORIAL: KINGSNAKE 20lbs Hanging Weight Routine





Alright, this is Kingsnake checking in.

Just showing my hanging weight here, doing my work set. Which is 20 pounds.

What I normally do is in the morning time, I do my heavy works set.

I warm up with 10 pounds for about 10 minutes and then I’ll jump it up to 20 pounds, which is my actual work set.

I'll hang that weight for 20 minutes. If I reach any type of fatigue throughout that 20 minute work set then I’ll drop the weight usually by 2 1/2 pounds and then what I like to do in the evening time, or close to bed is what I call a back off set.

The purpose of the back off set is basically just to keep those microscopic gaps between the tissues open we can heal in the elongated state.

With the back off set I only hang half the amount of weight that my work set was.

So right now, since my work sets 20 pounds, half of that is 10, so I’ll hang 10 pounds for 20 minutes in the evening for my back offset.

I do this six days a week.

WORMS, Germany (ABC7) — It took three hours of work with a cutting grinder, vibrating saw and a hydraulic rescue device to get a man's penis out of a barbell weight on Friday.

Firefighters in Germany were called to a hospital in Worms for a man with a "very sensitive body part" stuck in the hole of a 2.5 kilogram weight, according to a translation of a post on their Facebook page.

Media outlets like SB Nation, The Kansas City Star, Daily Mail and The Independent all report that the body part was the man's penis.

The fire department says it was the result of a "curious training accident."

"Please do not imitate such actions," fire officials warned on their Facebook page.

The weigh was left cut into five pieces following the removal process.

The fire department's full statement, according to Google Translate, can be read below:

"Application report: Curious training accident - assistance for the clinic

How a few of our fire fighters can be so delicate is shown by a message from the somewhat different kind which arrived at the control center today, Friday, 15.09.2017. The professional fire brigade was called to the hospital in Worms. One person had a very sensitive body part in the hole of a 2.5 kg dumbbell disc clamped. With the aid of the cutting grinder, a vibrating saw and a hydraulic rescue device, the weight could be removed after three hours.

The fire brigade and a firefighter of the voluntary unit were the city center.

Please do not imitate such actions!"

How Fast Should I be Increasing Weights Increments?

I've always recommended slow steady increases in weight and time. You can not make dramatic jumps from a light weight to a much heavier weight without negative side effects (primarily a blister).

It's very important to allow your penis time to develop tissue maturity via the conditioning process. I have said this countless times.... it took me three full months to go from 3 lbs to 8 lbs.

If you feel you can do more weight then that decision is up to you. Weight hanging is an intuitive process, you're learning what type of work load your penis can handle and more importantly what it requires to reach fatigue.

The theoretical assumption that going too heavy too fast can make your penis stronger and cause it to prematurely adapt to the work load and inhibit gains is purely speculative. It might have some merit, but nobody knows for certain if that is true. If they can say this without any reservation, I would ask how can you prove it?

As for how much weight you feel you can hang with at this time, is a decision only you can make. It's all based on how you feel and respond. You will eventually get to a place where you cannot go any heavier. So to me it only makes logical sense to make gradual increases and focus on achieving fatigue and learning how to relax your pelvic floor muscle while you are under traction.

ARTICLE: Warming up - Penis Exercise Prep



PE Warm Ups

Warming up your penis is a lot like warming up your body before you hit the gym- it increases gains, increases tissue flexibility, and decreases chances of injury. The warm up involves exactly what it sounds, "warming up" your penis.

To Do a Basic Warm-Up:

Step 1
Massage your penis to semi-erection.

Step 2
Proceed with the warm up method of choice, as discussed below.

Step 3
Keep your penis in warm-up mode for about 5-10 minutes.

NOTE- You may also sit in a hot tub to achieve the warm-up effect.

Heat Lamp


One device that achieves all of the above and also has the added benefit for increased blood flow more efficiently, is the heat lamp. A heat lamp may be purchased from Amazon.com or one can construct such from the following parts found at a hardware store. The parts would be an industrial light fixture, IR bulb, a hose clamp of appropriate size to attach the industrial light fixture to a flexible camera tripod. This can be positioned no closer than 2 feet away from the crotch for 5 to 10 minutes.

General Electric is one manufacturer of IR bulbs, which generally comes in 250 watts.

As mentioned above, the heat lamp is placed 2 feet away from the penis in the crotch area, no closer, optimum heat is desired. This will project a broad beam of heat, safely, to the entire crotch area, similar to sitting on the beach one summer day, or hot tub. Be sure to palpate yourself to feel the degree of tissue warmth.



This can be done after insertion into the LG Hanger, for example. Since LG Hanger is clear it allows the warmth to come in to the penis. With the other heating methods listed below, it is best to insert your penis into the LG Hanger subsequently or after the heating warm-up.

The Rice Sock, Warm Towel or Heating Pad

The "rice sock" for warm ups, is very useful. Take a clean sock, and fill it no more than half way with uncooked rice. Place it in a microwave under optimum not maximum time and power so that the rice gets to the desired temperature. Use a microwave for approximately one minute. Be sure to always feel the sock so that it does not have too much heat, this is best done by moving the rice in the sock around to make sure no excess heat is captured within the rice. This is a learning curve, be very conservative at first, and as you learn to gauge the heat, proceed safely.

Once your rice sock is heated to the desired temperature, rap rice sock around your semi erect penis. The heated rice inside the sock will warm your penis up in much the same way as a hot wrap.

The warm towel and heating pad is self-explanatory. One can use a hand towel found in your bathroom. Soak it in warm water and apply by wrapping it around the penis for approximately 10 minutes, you may need to reheat the towel in warm water and reapply.

Heating pads are usually common home items as well. With the heating pad make sure you only Set It On Low. Place the heating pad around the penis for 10 minutes. Under no circumstances increase the heat setting above low! The low setting will give an adequate warm-up for your penis

NOTE: WARNING! DO NOT overheat your heat lamp, or any other method! Your penis, like the rest of your body, is sensitive to heat- even more so. You can cause SERIOUS burns if the method is too hot.


The warm-up tools may be the heat lamp, rice sock, warm towel, or heating pad. Proper warming up is a MUST before you workout your penis. Please note, if one is performing two workout sessions a.m. and p.m., it is necessary to perform a warm-up before both sessions. Some members cut corners a bit on their warm ups, because they are pressed for time, five minutes may do as an alternate time duration.
